Their father, Jean-Charles, is also involved in the adventure, because the Mouss Touch' is also and above all a micro-brewery. Jean-Charles had been brewing as an amateur for several years... Now he brews like a pro and the Daron's beer bears his name well. And to accompany these delicious hopped nectars, the Mouss Touch offers boards of delicatessen and cheese.
