Nous n'avons pas réservé de chambre mais profiter d'un dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Très bon et le service impeccable ????

L'emplacement est parfait, mais la chambre était loin du niveau attendu pour un Novotel. Moquette tachée (voir photo) et lavabo bouché. La télé est récente mais les options de casting et utilisation d'une clé USB ne marchent pas (voir photo). Les chambres ont besoin d'une rénovation (et d'un peu plus de soin). En arrivant (en début de soirée et -5 degrés dehors) le chauffage était éteint et la chambre était très froide. Je comprends les enjeux énergétiques et environnementaux liés à l'usage du chauffage mais il faudrait quand-même assurer le minimum de confort aux clients.

Hôtel sans parking mais possibilité de se garer au centre au parking nouveau siècle.
Pas de brosse de toilette dans les chambres.

RAS sur cet hôtel comme d'habitude avec Novotel, le service et la qualité. Le grand plus est le parking EFFIA Nouveau Siècle à 1 min à pied (juste derrière l'hôtel), 16€ pour 24h (gratuit pour la nuit). Grand choix côté buffet du petit déjeuner.
