La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale. L’accueil est personnalisé. Les réceptionnistes sont charmants et font l’impossible pour vous satisfaire. Nous avons obtenu une de nos chambres préférées et ils ont eu la délicatesse d’upgrader nos invités. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est toujours aussi varié. On ne peut que trouver son bonheur tant en sucré qu’en salé.

I chose this hotel because I am an All member and like mercure. Everything was fine with my 4 nights. Room was ok, a little small but had everything I needed. Good views with balcony. WiFi and ac worked well. Good breakfast for a vegan, oats, nuts, fruit and seed mix and oat milk fresh fruit. My only issue was when I checked in I was told the bar was open to 10pm. On my second day I returned after sightseeing and wanted a beer. There was no one at the bar so I asked a reception and was told that the bar didn't open until 6pm. She then asked what I wanted and after I said a beer she reluctantly went and got one out of a draw and said she would put it on my room, she didn't ask if that is what I wanted to do. I did not use your bar again.

Une des pires nuits passées dans un hôtel.

Climatisation pas fonctionnelle, résultat obligé de laisser la fenêtres ouvertes pour avoir un filet d’air frais.
Nous avons été envahi de moustiques et vu les cadavres déjà au mur je pense que nous ne sommes pas les 1er!

Propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer..

La couette qui laisse d’échapper des plumes, plein partout dans la chambre.

Première et dernière nuit dans cet hôtel!
