The only hotel with a view of the Grand-Place! Carefully renovated several times, it has created a blend of old and new in its rooms, where period furniture sits side by side with Stark chairs. The spacious rooms feature all modern comforts: marble bathrooms, wi-fi, individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Hôtel central près du vieux Lille. Accueil très sympathique. Ma chambre était grande et la literie neuve. Ascenseur vitré fonctionnel. Décoration un peu vieillotte et atmosphère désuète. Superbe petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix, produits frais.

L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé. L'ambiance est calme et feutrée. Par contre les chambres sont très vieillissantes (peinture craquelée, joint de baignoire moisi, carrelage cassé, moquette usée...). La vue de la chambre sur des escaliers de service???
Et le petit déjeuner est complet mais un distributeur automatique de boissons chaudes ???? Pour moi ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles.
Donc je ne le recommande pas pour ce niveau d'hôtel.
Par contre le personnel est très serviable et sérieux.
