After having worked at the Élysée restaurant, then in a famous Parisian fish restaurant, Bertrand Bureau shares his passion for real cuisine. Here, no fixed menu, but a large slate where you can find the fish of Boulogne, worked with great care and accompanied by fresh vegetables. On a jazzy tune, we settle down in a restaurant room with a chic and cosy decoration, to discover the cooking of a wonderful cook. The nets are raised in room by the chief. An excellent fish restaurant in Lille!

Expérience incroyable. Accueil chaleureux, un carpaccio de dorade exquis, le thon mi cuit, les noix de st Jacques tout est beau et bon. C’est un sans faute. Un grand merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse, et un big Up au chef pour être venu nous saluer. C’est une belle preuve de sagesse et à l’image de son assiette
