Gueuleton is the story of 3 bon vivants who became friends through their shared passion for gastronomy and local produce. After opening several successful restaurants, they arrived in Lille with their gourmet cuisine and irresistible meats. In concrete terms, you come here to experience good food, and you get served (copiously!). Pork belly, clams, iodized pesto, samphire and obione leaf, followed by a cramique perdue with salted butter caramel, is a must! And once you've tried it, you'll keep coming back for more...
