Thanks to its location opposite the water station, its subdued atmosphere with incredible lanterns and, above all, its generous, flavorful cuisine with perfectly balanced aromas and spices, the Asian counter Alien takes you on a unique culinary journey. Simply delicious phó, bao to die for, finger-licking desserts... and these aren't the only specialties of this restaurant, halfway between traditional street-food and ultra-modern bar. Globalement cuisine trop "industrielle" à mon goût.
Ramen : bouillon trop gras, viande avec beaucoup de gras, nouilles : petites et très fines.
Nems : on dirait des nems surgelés de supermarchés .
Je n'ai pas pu tout manger car c'était écoeurant.
