FITNESS 222

Fitness 222 is a gym offering fitness courses at attractive prices. Here we work the thighs, the abdominal, the buttocks, the jogging or the stretching. The atmosphere is relaxed and free of pressure. The courses take place either in a rather intimate little room at the bottom, or in the room of 200 m ² on the floor when the courses are full, almost all the time. The teachers are nice and very professional. Many music workshops will allow you to carve your body, spend while working your sense of rhythm: gym music, aérodance… Note that the first course is free.
