A direction that may seem incongruous in view of the mountainous environment, but the magic of Calabria lies precisely in the fact that the sea is never far away: Morano is located about forty kilometers from the sea, whether on the Ionian or the Tyrrhenian side! Also, the fish and seafood dishes are of high quality, with perfect cooking, successful associations of flavours and refined presentations. A must try: the salmon and liquorice risotto.
