Since 1913, Callipo has been the specialist in quality canned tuna. At that time, the company worked exclusively with Mediterranean bluefin tuna, caught off the coast of Pizzo. Callipo was even one of the patented suppliers to the Court at the time of Victor Emmanuel III. Nowadays, the tuna is fished mostly in the ocean with a sustainable approach, and its meat is always the object of the greatest care. The beautiful preserves are on sale in the store, as well as products from the Pizzo farm (citrus jams, liqueurs...).

In the heart of the steep streets of Bova, the brothers Carmelo and Bruno Traclò sometimes open the doors of their cantina for a visit and a tasting of their red wine, Lanò. The Lanò is made according to traditional methods, using local grape varieties, Nerello Calabrese and Castiglione. It is not filtered because the brothers want to preserve all the aromas. Attached to their land and its traditions, they are committed to an organic and biodynamic approach. The result: a raw and aromatic wine, in the image of this territory.
