Of course the flow is not the same and at the height of the summer, you will sometimes have to push your canoe on some dry areas. Anyway, this is a very nice way to discover, along the water, the Drôme landscapes. Going down the Drôme on portions ranging from 2 to 49 km, in a few hours or in two days, you will be able to admire the singular mountain of the Three Beaks under all its aspects and its colors according to your picnic or swimming stops and according to the time. Canoë Drôme has been established in Saillans for more than thirty years and offers you 400 boats spread over two bases, one in Saillans (Lido, the pioneer of canoeing bases in the Drôme, installed more than twenty years ago) and the other in Crest/Aouste-Sye. You have a choice of boats: canoe-kayak, raft, mini-raft or hotdogs (inflatable canoes for two people). Please note: we provide you with life jackets and waterproof boxes to store your belongings, and we pick you up by shuttle upon arrival. Those who are allergic to water can rent electrically powered bicycles to ride the "river path" along the Drôme. Just a few kilometers from Lac du Bourget, you can kayak to the lake via the Canal de Savières. Two totally different settings are offered by this lovely trip.
