Located on the banks of the River Sioule, Camping des Nières has a canoe base offering two different trips: a half-day trip over 10 km from Chouvigny to Ebreuil, or a full-day trip over 20 km from Pont de Menat to Ebreuil. Children are not forgotten, whether they're staying at the campsite or not: fun times are guaranteed at the Sioule Parc, with its giant inflatables, trampolines and accrobranches. Activities are also open to all. Take a break for a snack at La Guinguette des Nières, offering regional specialities to eat in or take away.

Canoë Ceven Aventure offers you the chance to canoe or kayak down the Gorges du Chassezac in complete freedom, and enjoy the beauty and calm of the area to the full. This indentation between two limestone walls over 100 m high is breathtakingly beautiful and much less frequented than the Ardèche gorges. The environment is as wild as you could wish for, with an abundance of bathing spots. For the more adventurous, the CCA team can take you canyoning, caving, rafting, via corda, climbing... A whole host of adventures with a friendly, highly professional team!

The Ardèche is not the only place for thrills on the waters of Aura! You can canoe or kayak down the Ain River. Less sportive maybe, but more peaceful, with wild landscapes and a rich biodiversity and wild spots to picnic. You can choose between 6 itineraries from 5 to 35 km. Dare the 35 km with bivouac under the stars! You can even practice canoeing outside the summer, l'Esquimaude offers you to rent longjohn, wetsuits that will keep you warm on and sometimes... under water.

Kayaking is an unusual way to discover the whole region in the company of Fabrice. A seasoned sportsman and highly experienced guide, Fabrice will teach you how to navigate your boat on all the region's waterways, discovering new landscapes and local flora and fauna.
