Located on the last foothills of the Esterel massif, the estate, which has obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) label, combines exceptional geological conditions, which are extremely rare, since the formation of the soil dates back 220 million years! The estate, which is in the process of converting to organic farming, produces a traditional range of wines in three colors, expressing the best of an exceptional terroir and the passion of a winemaker, Renaud de Saint-Seine, two "terroir" vintages and three "vintage" vintages.

Great lovers of fine wines, Isabelle and Arnaud Strasser fell under the spell of this Provence region renowned for its vineyards. In 2019, they decided to acquire this 20-hectare estate in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The first organic vintages are promising and have already won awards. These fresh white wines and complex reds will also be onsale at Au Bonheur de Germaine in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Former trumpet player, the owner Marcus Conrad, chose the oenologist Jérôme Dufour to accompany him and create superb AOP Cotes de Provence and IGP Pays des Maures wines in the 3 colours. He also vinifies 2 cuvées of natural wines without any input, in red and rosé. These are very successful wines, already spotted by specialized journalists and wine guides. On the estate, a Nature and winegrower's trail winds through the woods and vineyards, offering the chance to discover the rich flora and fauna of the area in a very pretty walk in the shade of the immense umbrella pines.

The estate is located at the limit of the Tour d'Aigues on the RD 973, to access it take the direction of La Bastidonne-Mirabeau, it is then well signposted. With about 40 hectares of vines and 6 hectares of olive trees, this family estate has been in the family for generations (5 since 1800!). Claire and Romain now assist their parents Christine and Robert Michel-Queirel. Each one contributes to enhance the value of the fruits of this beautiful terroir. The wines are first of all nourished by these arid and calcareous lands, including the Perpetus white cuvée gorged with sunshine.

This cooperative, created in 1963, has 30 winegrower members whose vineyards are located in Roquefort la Bédoule, a stone's throw from Cassis. Two vintages are vinified there. Wine fountains, bulk wines but also sealed vintages offered in all colors. The cooperative has a pleasant shop offering selected regional products. In the ^15th century, this superb property was the Clos du Roi René. With a vineyard of 50 hectares, Château Simone has been owned by the Rougier family since 1830. The cellars, dug in the ^16th century by the religious order of the Grands Carmes d'Aix, contain several galleries on different levels; they are remarkable for their homogeneous temperature and natural hygrometry. It is said that this estate produces one of the best wines in the whole region... Note that it was one of Churchill's favorite wines!

The family estate has been run for 5 generations by Nicolas Bontoux, assisted by his children Émile, Louise and Joseph, who, with the same determination and drive, develop new cuvées (silver medal at the Paris agricultural competition, and gold medal at the Lyon 2024 competition); as well as artisanal products grown on the vineyard, such as honey and olive oil. Located on the outskirts of Cassis, this 30-hectare estate with clay and silica-limestone soils was created by Émile Bodin in 1890. The Bodin brand was then registered worldwide.

Domaine de Beaujeu is a 300-hectare winery on the banks of the Rhône. In the heart of the Camargue Regional Nature Park, the Michel family practice crop rotation, growing sunflowers, wheat, alfalfa, tomatoes and barley. Their 2 main crops are rice and vines. The 32-hectare vineyard is organic. Several ranges of wines are offered, revealing original wine profiles. This estate on the Crau plain is a very special place. Here, vines, wheat, barley and olives are grown. Wine and beer are produced, as well as fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants. In addition to the château, the property includes two chapels, a dovecote, a bread oven and a sheepfold, as well as dogs, chickens, pigs, horses and bulls. In one of the ^17th-century buildings, the Salle Fénière is available to hire for seminars, parties, weddings and more.

It produces one of the most interesting organic wines in the Alpilles PGI. At the Domaine de Lagoy, established as a marquisate at the beginning of the 18th century and controlled by a castle classified as a historical monument, the descendants of the Meyran family, who have owned the property for nearly 340 years, run an 18-hectare vineyard planted in 1976, which has been converted to organic farming since 2001. In the cellars of the estate, red, rosé and white wines are produced and sold for export, but also in the store located on the Boulevard Marceau, in downtown Saint-Rémy.

Owned by the Rouy family, this vineyard nestling between the Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume regions applies very rigorous cultivation methods to get the most out of it. The grape varieties are diversified, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vermentino and Ugni Blanc. It is also a castle that dominates the village, set on a rocky spur at an altitude of nearly 400 metres. Its lounges, its medieval vaulted cellar and its gardens lend themselves to receptions. A visit to the estate, followed by a tasting in the cellar is also possible.

This former residence of the bishops of Apt, the rock-built Château de Mille, is well worth a visit, both for the magnificent site and for the estate's wines. The 32 hectares of vines are cultivated between 350 and 400 meters above sea level. This is a terroir on the northern foothills of the Luberon, complex with limestone and very stony soils. Yields are low. Vinification is carried out the old-fashioned way, in century-old oak tuns, where the red wines can develop their aromas for at least two years.

Domaine Guilbert is the story of the smallest estate in the appellation, with 6 hectares of vines planted around a Provencal farmhouse and cultivated organically. In 2007, Guy and Nathalie left their city, their job and their habits to put all their energy into a project: to do everything with their hands on the estate. After two years of apprenticeship, the roles were naturally distributed: Guy is in the vineyards and in the cellar; Nathalie speaks about the wine, markets it and has created its image and reputation.

Fabrice is driven by a love of the land passed on to him by his father, André, which naturally led him to the practice of organic farming (his certification dates back to 1998). If the 30 hectares of vineyards of the Costebonne estate are located in Eygalières, the family also owns 13 hectares in Orgon (Val de l'Oule estate) and 24 hectares in Saint-Rémy (mas de Longchamp). It all started with a man who was passionate about rice growing and wanted to promote the I.G.P. Camargue rice. The idea was born: why not replace the barley for beer with rice, as was already practiced for a long time in the East? For 9 years, the company Plus beau le riz has been marketing three beers (blonde, red and brown) for the three colors of rice, in nearly 300 points of sale. These beers are light, low in alcohol and thirst-quenching with specific tastes: honey for the blonde, caramel for the red and licorice for the brown.

Romain Dol represents the^5th generation on this Le Novi estate, which means " the newlyweds" in Provençal. This 30-hectare vineyard is organically farmed and planted with 15 traditional Mediterranean grape varieties, including a few old, late and Provençal varieties. It produces AOP Luberon wines in all 3 colors, with 40% whites and 2 rosés; elegant, delicate wines of character, full of freshness and minerality. The cuvées include Mr Brun and Landolfi, 2 natural wines with no added sulfur.

In 2015, Guillaume, launched his Bariana range with a real project around rum in Marseille.
