Taken over in 2018 by a passionate couple, this estate is distinguished by its diversity, for in addition to the wines it produces, it also produces olive oils, honey and lavender. The cellar, which backs onto a mound for quality ageing, is another asset, along with the winemaker's expertise in combining modern and traditional techniques. All production is bottled on the estate. Rosés and whites are quickly bottled, while red wines are matured in oak barrels or concrete vats.
