An independent craft brewery at the foot of the Ventoux.
Antoine and Virginie have pooled their know-how. Antoine had matured the idea in his perch at the Mont Ventoux resort where he worked: to make a beer from Provence. Virginie, with her university degree in Brewing Process Technician in hand, joined the adventure in 2018. Since then, they have skilfully brewed 4 beers with 100% French raw materials. Their signature: controlled bitterness and gourmet aromas. They welcome you to the boutique for a tasting and will explain how they place the environment at the heart of their business.
