Read moreInstalled in a former wine storehouse of 300 m² in the village of Lugasson, 5 minutes from Rauzan, the Guyenne brewery-distillery is a story of friends! There is François, the production manager, Hugo, the administrative manager, and Arnaud, the sales manager. Together, they will create the first pastis in Gironde in July 2022. And with zero sugar! They also produce whisky, gin and beer. Gin distillation workshops are offered via Wecandoo.
