The Société des Régates Rochelaises is one of the best and oldest light sailing clubs in France. In 2021, the club merged with the Ecole de Voile Rochelaise to become "La Rochelle Nautique". The place is still very popular with those who want to learn sailing, it was elected Club of the Year in 2013 and has trained many champions, some becoming references in their category. The Society organizes international light sailing competitions thanks to an adapted plan, ideal infrastructures and a recognized experience.

Founded in 1956, SWOT (French Federation of Fishermen at Sea) is dedicated to the promotion and animation (teaching, competitions…) of sport fishing at sea, recreational fishing at sea and casting. The good idea: go to the federation website to carefully consult the charter of commitments and objectives of eco-responsible recreational fishing signed in April 2010 at the Grenelle sea Grenelle. Discover Lac d'Artouste and its walks from the train station at the foot of the dam. A 30-minute walk (easy) will take you to the lake. Three important poles were built around the lake. In Santrop, it is the reception and entrance door of the lake. Here you find the house of the park, a pole of the community Tourist Office of Gartempe Saint-Pardoux. In Chabannes it is rather the reception of young people and groups. A guide to fishing on the island of Oléron, Pascal Captain, the likeable and expert captain-fisherman in the name predestined, takes you to the good posts for a sports and intimate fishing. In oyster and bouchots parks, in the realm of surface lures! It's in the southern part of the Island of Oléron by the presence of oyster aquaculture and myticulture that allows an entire ecosystem to evolve through tides. Here the bar finds its food. It's a shallow fishery (between 1 and 3 metres), very technical, with light material, hard lures, on sites where beautiful fish are on the lookout. The fight in force by the bar is exciting. Fish are sometimes reduced by several kilos. Do not delude yourself: fishing on the parks maybe… sporty! When conditions are not favourable to surface fishing on oyster parks, they are joined in the north, in more distant and deep fishing areas. The fishery is then pulled away by handling soft lures or exploded jiggs at the boat's edge (vertical fishing), or by launching lightweight soft lures (fly fishing). In both cases it is possible to try bars… and lean.

About fifteen kilometers from the island of Oléron, the outdoor residence, Les Etangs Mina, two star campsite offers a special fisherman parkage in a natural setting where three bodies of water are at your disposal with many rich fish species: carp, trout, pike, roach, eel, pike etc ... You are limited to a maximum of 10 fish per line per day. An ideal parkage with family or friends. Just to rest between two recreational fishings at sea!

Poney Atlantic Loisirs Mireuil celebrated its 30th anniversary last year! Located in the Mireuil district, it offers introductory riding lessons for children and adults alike. Close to the ring road, cycle path and allotment gardens, the site is a paradise for equines. Children can enjoy riding ponies in complete safety, thanks to instructors holding the Brevet d'Etat de Saut d'Obstacles. The association has 3 arenas, a riding arena and a clubhouse. It's the ideal place to learn to ride, from the age of 4, or to take part in a training course.

Would you like to discover the kitesurf or to perfect yourself? Two sites are available, Châtelaillon-Plage and of course the Island of Ré with two spots that change according to wind orientation: the beach of Boutillon and that of Grouin. You can start with a full hour and a half session, to discover this practice, which is becoming more and more followers around the island. One thing is sure, the courses are delivered in a small group (no more than 4 people) so that Emmanuel adapts to the progress of each and for the sake of security. Ausatinrouge is a dance school located in Bordeaux. They offer Oriental dance and fusion classes. Surf Session is a surfing magazine published in France. It tracks good waves, offers a weather report, gives news and the site has opened a "surfers" section. The oldest French surf magazine was founded in 1986 by Gibus de Soultrait and Pierre Bernard-Gascogne in Biarritz. It remains the^first French surfing magazine and still leader on its market. The Comité Départemental de Spéléologie des Deux-Sèvres (CDS 79) is an association of caving clubs in the Deux-Sèvres département. It represents two caving clubs, the Spit Club St Maixentais in St-Maixent-l'école and the Société Archéologique et Spéléologique du Mellois (SASM) in Melle. The CDS 79's main missions are to protect cave-dwelling fauna and the underground environment, coordinate speleologists in their exploration and clearing of caves in the département, conduct scientific research, promote and teach caving, and organize the Journées Nationales de la Spéléologie (National Caving Days) in the département.

This is a leisure center dedicated to caving. Caving in Corrèze is a popular activity in the region. There are also other resources available for caving enthusiasts in Corrèze, such as the Comité Départemental, Spéléo-Secours, local clubs, caves, equipment and techniques, the Collectif Nébélé, and cave diving photos.

The equestrian club is the Pôle Equestre de Biarritz. Its aim? To make horse-riding a possible activity for everyone from the age of 3, surrounded by a professional teaching team to discover the world of horses. The Pôle Equestre has a closed riding arena, a covered arena, two riding arenas including an equestrian stadium, 3 tack rooms, lockers for owner-riders and 180 boxes. The French Alpine Club is over one hundred and forty years old. Its Pyrenees branch is ideally located for outings of all levels and disciplines: skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountaineering, climbing, caving... the possibilities are endless. Run by enthusiasts, it's a meeting place for mountain lovers, where strong bonds are forged with the pleasure of getting out into the mountains and nature. It's also an educational center for mountaineering enthusiasts, and an advocate for the preservation of the mountain environment.

The Évasion Pyrénéenne association is committed to protecting the environment. Founded in 1988, it is a registered Nature Protection and Jeunesse et Sports organization. Its main objective is environmental education, by raising public awareness of the need to discover and preserve nature. Through its activities, the association aims to improve everyday habits in favor of our natural heritage.

With 12 members in 2012, the independent club Spelexpo organizes exploration raids for speleologists confirmed in three major caves of the Pyrenees-Atlantic. Especially in the Massifs and Urkulu mountains. And some members leave Laos every year for explorations in the impressive networks in the region.

Tosse, a small town in the Landes region of France, offers caving enthusiasts the chance to practice this exciting activity thanks to the Spéléo Club des Landes. The club offers cave explorations, enabling members to discover the formation of caves and their flora and fauna. A small club with sixteen members, the speleo-club de la Lémance is a team of exploration speleologists who work in the Dordogne, in the west of the Lot and the north of the Lot-et-Garonne.

The Spéléo Club de Périgueux is a sports club based in Périgueux. With 33 members of the French caving federation, the club offers caving adventures to discover and explore the underground environment in complete safety. This society will allow you to initiate and popular yourself for this science that is archaeology. Many conferences and the (often free) visits of sites with members of the association allow a new vision of regional history, the time of dinosaurs to present day. So it's a fairly broad time period that should be enough to ensure you don't bore yourself in archaeology!

The Spéléo Club Châtelleraudais is a caving club located in Châtellerault, in the Vienne department. The club welcomes both members and the general public, and offers activities for all levels, supervised by qualified professionals from the École Française de Spéléologie. Club members explore natural and artificial caves, practice rope progression, carry out scientific activities and participate in the protection of the underground environment. The club also organizes introductory caving courses.

Some twenty members make up the association, whose playground is mainly in the Charente region. The members are particularly dedicated to discovering new cavities, and therefore to deobstruction.

An association that wants to be very «amygale»! All 8 members are involved in caving (discovery, initiation, development, chiropterans life, scientific approaches to media), in addition to acrobranche, escal'tree and adventure trails, unmanned aerial travel, canoeing, climbing… Adventurers will therefore find themselves in a position to satisfy their growing spirit.

From the base at Cénac or Siorac-en-Périgord, there is a wide choice of routes ranging from seven to thirty kilometers between Saint-Julien-de-Lampon and Limeuil. You're free to ride for half a day, a full day or just a few hours. With a little training and determination, it's also possible to go on real treks of two or more days on the waters of the Dordogne, from 38 to 110 km. It's a wonderful experience in an exceptional natural setting that will leave you with wonderful memories, whether with friends or family.

Batala La Rochelle is first and foremost a unique form of music that gets young and old alike up on their feet. Founded 17 years ago, the association is part of an international group of over 3,000 percussionists on four continents! The fifty musicians have just one aim: to enjoy themselves and promote Brazilian music. The group from La Rochelle takes part in interbatucadas and travels all over France and Europe, giving events a festive air! Their musical style is unmistakable: traditional Brazilian percussion, set to samba rhythms. And the least we can say is that Batala doesn't go unnoticed, especially when the musicians are cheering on the Stade Rochelais!

A fun outdoor sport par excellence, paintball, which originated in the United States, has spread rapidly.
