Here, British cuisine is in the spotlight from breakfast, consisting of scones, soda bread and Guiness Bread (two Irish breads). At lunchtime, the meal is adapted to the market products and the seasons. In the summer, you will be tempted by a gazpacho, a roasted vegetable tart and, of course, for dessert, a slice of carrot cake! Almost all the products are from organic or sustainable agriculture. As far as drinks are concerned, we love ginger beer, a very refreshing non-alcoholic ginger ale, and IPA BrewDog beer with its fruity and tropical flavours.
