This traditional local restaurant is located a stone's throw from the small port of Mornac. Managed by Alain Cuisinier, it has a beautiful terrace, both sunny and wooded. On the program, homemade crab cappuccino, salad of our childhood revisited, roasted fish of the day, beef flank steak with shallot, potatoes fried over a wood fire. Since 1980, the family company has abandoned its historic truck for a more suitable space. For the rest, nothing has changed. Warm, friendly welcome from Nicole and Joel and very good pizzas prepared before you. A very fine and crisp homemade dough and more than forty different toppings. In salted, simple Bambina, classic Marguerita, Perigordian, Indian, Calabrian and others, not forgetting those to vegetables and the last "little" ultragourmande, the Diva. In sweet, fruits are accompanied by caramel, chocolate or cinnamon. Pizza Gigi also offers Plaqu'Drink, to order the night before. A small popular restaurant, in the modest surroundings, in the outskirts of Vienna and at the reception without ceremony, such as a district canteen. At noon, this is the home port of many workers in the corner and of the people who are used to it. In the evening, the clientele is more varied, although the friendly hisses of Portuguese accent resonates most often. A screen even broadcasts the country's online news. Rice salad with smoked cod, cod with peppers, feijoada to red (or white) beans, guts to Portuguese, chickpeas, grilled chicken. To note, the supply is local in the image of mussels, oysters and fish from the Cree of Baie-de-Baie.

Papa Tino, it's the story of an employee who became a boss. Hubert Legrais took over the restaurant at the end of 2012. And the story continues! On the menu side, pizzas are obviously in the spotlight. They are available in three sizes: small, large and giant. The pizzas are very good and well garnished. We chose the chef's pizza made from minced meat and honey goat cheese. Good choice! Papa Tino, also offers meats, bibs, salads.... Another positive point is that the service is very fast, even if the small but pleasant room is full. Which happens a lot. How about a Liège caramel for dessert with small pieces of caramel in it? We assure you, it's excellent. The story should last!

This franchise smells good in Italy and the interior decoration of the restaurant makes us travel without crossing the Alps. On the kitchen side, there is also a change of scenery. There are all the Italian flavours antipasti, piatto di salumi, pizze, pasta risotto, carpaccio, gelatti, but also more special dishes such as al al Marsala or Buco buco. The pizzas, whose dough is kneaded on hand, are made under the eyes of the customers and can also be washed. The restaurant has a large parking lot, so there is no concern for parking. Even Saturday noon!
