This is the generalist branch in Le Mans. Even though almost everything is now done via the Pôle Emploi website or by telephone with your contact person, you can still make a face-to-face visit or respond to a summons on site, or even come and consult the classified ads directly. Access is free in the morning, by appointment in the afternoon. Needless to say, in the morning, you'll have to wait in a long queue to get to your contact. Take a ticket and... be patient.
