SERVICE DE L’AIDE SOCIALE AUX ADULTES

This service is proposed by the General Council of La and enables the elderly to benefit, on the one hand, from certain home benefits such as meal aid or household aid; on the other hand, the PERSONNALISÉE (Personal Autonomy Allowance), an allowance for those over 60 years of age who are unable to work. The aim is to provide assistance, whether at home, in residential homes or in residential institutions. A dependency assessment is carried out by a medico-social team of the General Council.
