SPORTING CLUB NORD PARISIEN

Volleyball

It's one of the capital's top volleyball clubs, and deserves its position in more ways than one. Founded in 2003 by Shafik Mohamed and three former high-school friends, the club now boasts 245 members and ten coaches, and excels at every level. In adult competitions, four teams - two men's and two women's - are involved in regional and departmental championships. In the youth categories, seven teams are entered in the various competitions. The same rigour applies to the leisure section. Several teams are engaged in FSGT championships in 6/6 and 4/4. What's more - and this is unique in Paris - a few years ago, the club launched its volleyball school for youngsters aged 3 to 6, on Saturday mornings from 11.30am to 12.30pm. The club also shines in the social arena. Young people from the 10th and 19th arrondissements are invited to join free training sessions led by a professional. Evening homework help classes are also available! Finally, training courses are organized during the school vacations and in summer to enable everyone to progress. ASC DUNOIS

Sports association

Founded in 1977 by a handful of passionate passionnés, the CSA Dunois brings together a clientele of students eager for competitions between courses and partiels. The tansmission is betting and the elders are reluctant to give advice to beginners. Monday and Friday are reserved for young people and on Tuesday, girls enrolled in the FFVB regional championship as well as boys playing in the départemental. On Wednesdays, on the other hand, we are dedicated to all those who practise volleyball, that is, 50% of the workforce. Open - Close to 18h00

This fisheries specialist offers very sharp travel on such fish or this fishing technique around the world. In Siberia, it offers a true fishing adventure away from the beaten trails. You fish the Bichi and Uda rivers, west of Siberia, near China. A team of Russian professional guides and well acquainted with the region will accompany you to the meeting of exceptional fish: Giant taïmens, trophées trophies, pike of love, Siberian shadows… June and September are the best months, because in July and August, mosquitoes are omnipresent. The weather is continental and during the fishing season temperatures vary most often between 0 ° C and 15 ° C with a risk of morning freezing. Fishermen are housed in a camp on a roving canvas. A cook and two guides are on the camp to ensure all the stewardship. Fishermen go down the river at their own pace and stop over the pools. Pneumatic rafts are used for two fishermen, while the Russian team moves ahead to prepare, in advance, the camp on the canvas of each night. A real trapper life for a dozen days!

CENTRE DE PILOTAGE RÉGIONAL

Aero club

Guillerval, in the Étampes region, is home to the Aéro Club C.P.R Centre Pilotage Régional. Founded in 1974, the club was transferred to Étampes in 1989 after the closure of the Guyancourt airfield. The club's fleet includes Cessna 150s and 152s, as well as a Piper Aircraft 28. Club president Philippe Dailly emphasizes that leisure aviation is not just for the rich, and that flying clubs are associations of enthusiasts run by volunteers. The Étampes Mondésir aerodrome, steeped in history, was used by aviation pioneers such as Blériot and Farman at the turn of the century. During the Second World War, it was used by Axis forces before being bombed by the Allies. The military base was closed in 1964, and management of the airfield was handed over to Aéroport de Paris in 1987.

KODOKAN PARIS 15 SECTION JUDO

Combat sports and martial arts

Judo is the other side of the Kodokan Paris 15… and may be as famous as the aikido section. Bruno Louis has a double hat of president and teacher (black belt 6 th dan). 130 members are taking part in its courses to follow a classical lesson, that recognised by the French Judo Federation (F.F.J.) but which has the particularity of remaining open to other methods, always in éveil. In this sense, whether it's to practice traditional judo, leisure judo or competition, everything has been studied so that every member finds shoe in his feet. As part of the competition, the club participates in all those set by the League of Paris and the French Championship. The training, for its part, leaves an important place for the randoris, because nothing is worth the practice! Internships are also organized during the year. If you add to this a real atmosphere, this club certainly deserves a detour.

Children are accepted from the age of 4. Thus, all levels are prepared for the passage from the beginner belt to the black belt. The ASVO, which remains faithful to its convictions of openness to other styles, will soon propose a section of Ju Jistu Brazilian. It is now chaired by Jean-Pierre Paclet, well known to all football fans since he was the doctor of the France football team during the last World Cup. 4 short rooms, rooms, showers, club house with bar, everything that makes a good club, is here. With some own initiatives that, in the end, make the difference. On Friday evening, the collective course is free, Wednesday is reserved for the squash school, which brings together mini champions from 6 to 14 years old. The partner search service is simple, and you just have to let your name and level and the club take care of the rest. Competition is an essential place. The club has six men and women teams in D 1 (men are returning this year in D 1), and participates in all the competitions of the League of Paris, until the French Championship. JUDOKAN 9

Combat sports and martial arts

By pushing the door of this small neighborhood club, we first discover the good humour and enthusiasm of Cécile Mas, the founder of the site in 2009 and the only teacher at the moment (black belt 3rd Dan and 7 th at the last Championships of France). In fact, so far reserved for Children, Judokan 9 will soon open to adults, which will require the arrival of other teachers. The courses last one hour and take place in the gymnasium of the Auvergne Tower in the 9 th arrondissement, just steps from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette church. They bring together small groups of 10 to 15 children: 5-6 years, 7-11 years and 11-15 years. Judokan 9 is affiliated with the French Judo Federation, so teaching is rather classical and focused on the fundamentals of judo, which does not prevent the club from presenting its chicks and minimal at the championships of Ile-de-France. After heating in the form of games, the technical bases are discussed and then worked alone or to two in combinations. Small battles traditionally complete the meetings. A charming small neighborhood club is expected to double or triple its staff with the arrival of the big ones.

INSTITUT DE VO VINAM DE PARIS

Combat sports and martial arts

For the little story, Vo Vinam, the national martial art in Vietnam, is the origin of Viet Vo Dao in France. The institute of Vo Vinam is therefore a traditional method and its courses closely follow those of the great Vietnamese masters. The institute brings together sixty members in a private do-jo in the 20 th arrondissement. The latter is a surface of 120 m 2 and on its walls, wooden parts displaying a lot of Japanese drawings and pictures of Japanese masters. The atmosphere is asked… The 60 members of the club by Grégory Foiry, a graduate professor of state (black belt 3rd dan and French champion of kuyen hands) and the founder of the club in 2007 and by two assistants and four alternates. Note that once a year, they travel to Vietnam to train with the greatest masters, an essential guarantee of the quality of courses. The latter, bringing together 25 people per group, are divided into three parts. The first concerns the heating and then the work of the base movements. Then put in the learning of the technical program to finally end the fighting. All under the guise of philosophy in this traditional method of teaching. The internship programme: knife in November, Vietnamese wrestling in December, saber in February and finally, in March, wide and technical sabre of machetes. What to be all about!
