For the little story, Vo Vinam, the national martial art in Vietnam, is the origin of Viet Vo Dao in France. The institute of Vo Vinam is therefore a traditional method and its courses closely follow those of the great Vietnamese masters. The institute brings together sixty members in a private do-jo in the 20 th arrondissement. The latter is a surface of 120 m 2 and on its walls, wooden parts displaying a lot of Japanese drawings and pictures of Japanese masters. The atmosphere is asked… The 60 members of the club by Grégory Foiry, a graduate professor of state (black belt 3rd dan and French champion of kuyen hands) and the founder of the club in 2007 and by two assistants and four alternates. Note that once a year, they travel to Vietnam to train with the greatest masters, an essential guarantee of the quality of courses. The latter, bringing together 25 people per group, are divided into three parts. The first concerns the heating and then the work of the base movements.
