A small sister from the Place Vendôme, which carved a place of choice among lovers of good wine, this new address opened by Stéphane Girard in the heart of the Golden Triangle is moving in the same direction. One hundred wine wines are offered on the map, between 1 € and 24 € depending on dose and label, in a resolutely modern and engaging decor, suitable for a drink between friends, a tasting or a lively evening start. One of the incontournables of the neighborhood. The Hardware is for several years now a cozy place, dressed with wood and lit just right, and obviously invaded with beautiful decoration objects: the chic Bohemian spirit, in a way! It is a bar open all day, but it is also a restaurant with continuous service until late. It's cool, classic and very original, and it's cool and good enough. Salads and a dish of the day complete a simple card. Beware, the place is very busy, despite the very high competition in this sector. Finally, many cocktails are offered.

Welcome to the land where rum is king! This Chester Art, to elegant and classy, is indeed a rum distillery and popular with the young people since its opening in 2012. Suffice to say that everything is here to get drunk with passion: more than 50 rum flavours await you in jars survivors of the Aegean Sea (or almost, we imagine). Every tuesday, the evenings shooters allow you to discover tastes for 5 € only. Temporary exhibitions are also held there. Very pleasant rum distillery to discover, if you like to let yourself go!

A cantina/bar in the heart of Paris, but yes, it is possible if you go to La Mexcaleria! This warm place honours the many festive places you can attend in Mexico City. Here everything is authentic but, of course, the main attraction of the site is the Mezcal, this typical drink rather spicy based on agave (cactus). Test, like other drinks on the map. On the other hand, we don't recommend the proposed dishes, a bit heavy (we should mention it) and not worthy of the good time spent in this nice bar. 

The team behind L'Experimental and Curio Parlor - now closed - is behind this Prescription, said to be one of the capital's best cocktail bars. It's a question of ambiance - select and cosy here - and also of the menu, which evolves like seasonal cuisine. In the heart of Odéon, this is a bar where you'll be guided if, by chance, you're not an expert in the art of cocktails; and if you are, that's okay too, you can experiment with the original creations.

As taprooms multiply in the capital, this one is not lacking in assets. The Brasserie Fondamentale, which has developed this great concept in a number of different locations in Paris, offers a vast choice of beers, as well as tasty small plates to nibble on: the ideal way to get together with friends. Open until late, the place gets progressively more festive as the evening progresses, with DJ sets on weekends and live music on Thursday nights. We couldn't agree more!

Stéphane and Stéphanie have created here, at the beginning of 2014, one of the new trendy and unmissable addresses of Versailles. Half wine bar, half chic canteen, the place is adorned with country freshness: grey walls, terracotta tiles and exposed beams, large wooden tables or small tables for lovers are organized around the bar. The welcome is like at home, and it is true that it feels good. At the end of the day, you come here to enjoy a glass of wine or a glass of champagne, accompanied by a platter of fine charcuterie or carefully selected cheeses. You can also simply have lunch and dinner there. On the slate, a short menu concocted with authentic products: croque du chef, or small simmered dish, then a famous gourmet dessert - taste the brookie. A small, trendy and warm address, with no false pretenses, as it was lacking in Versailles.

Green Story is the story of 3 childhood friends who have created a hybrid place. In the morning, it's a coffee shop with breakfast, organic coffees from around the world, and freshly baked pastries. Then it's lunchtime, with sandwiches and salads. In the evening, the place transforms into a wine bar. Here you'll find biodynamic wines, 50 references from independent winemakers, and above all: tapas and dishes to share, cooked with locally sourced produce. Decorated with natural wallpaper and chic light-wood furniture. Brunch on weekends.

It's a neighbourhood bar, lively from morning to night, where regulars come for a coffee at dawn, sometimes with the great breakfast formula, and friends share drinks in the early evening. La Favorite - not to be confused with the capital's eponymous establishments - is located between République and Le Marais, on the busy Rue de Turbigo, so it's easy to find. The Panic Room is the epitome of a trendy bar with a contemporary decor. Contrary to what its name implies, this establishment does not have a jazz club, but Jazz' o' Brazil. You can however listen to Brazilian artists, which are numerous to come and go in Paris, sometimes to sit some time there or to stay in it. Since 2001, Blue Note settled in the 18th district after flaming for several decades rue Mouffetard. Note that this place popular weekend is privatized for your birthday and festivals.

Located between the Grand Boulevard and the Bourse district, the Rock Ball is spread over three floors and 900 square metres. Formerly called the Black Bear and then La Galerie, this establishment offers the broadcasting of sporting events but also after-work on Thursday evenings or clubbing on Fridays and Saturdays, with a generalist musical programme for a very varied clientele. Admittedly, the place is very frequented by the young active people of the district and the weekend revellers, but the atmosphere is not the one we prefer, a little too impersonal.

There is a good time for a DJ on Friday and Saturday evenings. In the vaulted cellar, place to live music these same days with formations that practice all kinds of styles: Rock, disco, soul, jazz, Afro, cajun… The night from Wednesday to Thursday is a bit special.
