The coffees bearing the names Sororité, Gamelan, Ponant, Nouvelle Fleur and Levant all have an identity, a typicity. Behind the counter, the traditional Ruthéna coffee, roasted in the artisanal zone of Rodez, offers several subtleties, from mild to espresso. On the shelves, there is also a large selection of teapots, coffee pots, cups and tins, as well as chocolates, sugars and flavoured salts.

In the center of Aigues-Mortes, in the middle of the busy Rue Emile Zola, stop off at the Fées Café terrace and enjoy a magnificent view of the Tour de Constance. Thanks to artisanal roasting carried out in the workshop-boutique, the waitresses offer a wide choice of quality coffees from a wide range of origins (Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Colombia, etc.), as well as tea and small pastries to enjoy indoors or out. La Brûlerie Victor Hugo is the ideal place to enjoy a small black coffee in the morning or after lunch, but also to stock up all year round. Because much more than a simple coffee bar, it is a real roaster. The sweet perfume that escapes from the shop is a testament to this.... This torréfaction house, opened since 1918, is a family business like one like them: serious in all. In a narrow, shady street in Sommières town center, this boutique-tea room with its tiny terrace is the ideal place to sample coffees from all over the world. Guatemala, Papua, Nicaragua: each day, a different flavor is featured, served with a small Lunel cookie.
