Read moreLe Lot is a department rich in cliffs and natural environments, which is the joy of climbers grouped in four clubs (Cahors, Gourdon, Puy-la'Bishop and Gramat) which are found within the departmental committee chaired by Laurent Peyral. The committee took the initiative to publish a guide listing 600 tracks on a dozen cliffs (Autoire, Montcabrier, Milhac, Saint-Géry, Worms, Cele Valley, Arcambal and Lot Valley) for sale in the tourist offices.

These are proposed physical activities of full nature, in the river, in caves, in the sea or in the mountains. On a fee that takes account of the public's income, these activities complement the services of other sports clubs (CLSH and Youth Service). The supervision is provided by territorial educators, all state-patented and/or licensed in science and technology (STAPS). The FFSU issues licences, manages sporting events and competitions. The only condition is to obtain Montpellier Sport Card (5 €), in a house for all or directly in the service of sports. It allows access to more than fifty disciplines - gymnastics, judo, climbing, sailing, mountain biking, outings in full nature… - supervised by sports educators from the city and montpelliéraines associations. Some activities are accessible to persons with disabilities.
