In Nancy, the specialist of arranged rum is Kévin Juliac, who created his store a few years ago. His bottles are sold in local wine shops, but also in breweries throughout France, and of course, on his website. Deeply ecological, Kevin Juliac always favors short circuits and local products, such as the honey from Lorraine that we find in the surprising and delicious honey-cinnamon or ginger associations. More original, the Umami, from Japan, stimulates the whole palate. A RhumArrangerie to discover!

This brotherhood is one of the oldest in France. It works to promote the knowledge of Alsatian wines. The headquarters of the Confrérie Saint-Étienne is located at the Château de Kientzheim. It includes an extraordinary wine library with the oldest vintages dating back to 1834! The Confrérie Saint-Étienne also issues the coveted "Sigille" label, guaranteeing the quality of the wines concerned. Throughout the year, it organizes thematic oenological events dedicated to amateurs and aspiring connoisseurs of Alsace wines.

With moderation, it is not forbidden to taste the drinks of the IPN. Located in the center of Nancy, this wine bar comes alive at aperitif time, then in the evening, until late at night. Wooden tables and wine barrels invite you to drink a glass of wine, from here or elsewhere, in a good-natured atmosphere (remember to raise your head for the balloons). The wide choice of beers has recently been completed by delicious ciders and spirits. It is possible to privatize and recommended to reserve. Remember: Wednesday is IPN!

A family business founded in 1965 by Bernard and Michèle Bremont, Champagne Bernard Brémont vinifies just one vineyard: Ambonnay. Pinot noir and Chardonnay are combined in a wide range of 100% Grand Cru wines to suit all palates. Thibaut Brémont, the couple's eldest son and the house's wine artist for over 10 years, infuses his energy and vision into both the vineyard (HVE and VDC certified) and the wines, with the creation of limited-edition nuggets.

Voted Best Fruit Brandy Distillery in the world by the Revue du Vin de France in 2018, this family-run distillery has been perpetuating its passion for a job well done, and the subtle art of bringing to light (and bottling) the aromas and typicity of Alsatian fruit, for 3 generations. Apricot, elderberry, raspberry, mirabelle plum, quince, morello cherry and alisier await you in bottles of eaux-de-vie and liqueurs, to be tasted directly at the distillery, in the company of Michel Windholtz.

In Coulomnes-la-Montagne, come and discover the winery, presses and cellars of Maison Ponson, "Creators of Champagne for 5 generations". Proud of his heritage, Maxime Ponson now runs the estate, which is run using sustainable viticulture methods. The 13.5-hectare vineyard, spread over 5 Premier Cru villages, is planted on clay-limestone soils, giving its exceptional champagnes a unique character. Our favorite is Cuvée Rosé des Gentes Dames, an exquisite champagne with a delicious candy-pink color!

Whether you are a fine connoisseur of rum or a neophyte, it doesn't make much difference because at the Rhumerie, we know how to offer you the product you need among their 400 varieties! It is also possible for you to have a tasting session on the premises or at your home. Most of their rums are imported from Brazil, Colombia, Reunion Island or Martinique and are up to 10 years old. La Rhumerie also has a shop on Altkirch and Waldighoffen, which specialises in roasting.

Maxime Blin and his wife Claire have chosen to produce their eponymous range of wines with passion and authenticity on the family farm in the Trigny area. Their vines provide them with grapes of a very good quality and allow them to make exceptional wines. Always smiling, these winemakers will be happy to make you discover their certified organic domain and their 11 vintages. We are particularly fond of the Clé d'Éole, a cuvée vinified and aged in barrels, produced in a few hundred copies. Winemakers to follow!

A veritable Alsatian institution since 1850, Distillerie Lehmann perpetuates a tradition of excellence that has been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Nestled in Obernai, this family-run distillery produces exquisite eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and the famous "Elsass Whisky". The oldest distillery in Alsace, it offers guided tours and tastings of regional classics such as Poire Williams, Mirabelle and Marc de Gewurztraminer. It's an ideal activity for lovers of spirits with character.

Founded in 1963, the House is today managed by Bruno, Marielle and their 2 children. Independent winegrowers, harvesters and handlers, they meticulously elaborate their wines from A to Z, in which we find all the typicity and authenticity of the Verneuil terroir. Aware of environmental issues, the House is committed to a meticulous and thoughtful viticulture thanks to a perfect osmosis between reasoned practice and ancient methods. No less than 15 champagnes extremely well worked both on the substance and on the form are to be discovered.

A rarity in Champagne, this beautiful House was founded ex nihilo by a young entrepreneurial couple with a passion for the world of wine. Through the names of their cuvées, Pauline and Guillaume revisit major themes (man, action, time and mutual aid) and invite you to set out to conquer your destiny. Our favorite is Kosmos, a delicate, floral 100% Chardonnay. The duo also founded the Bonvalet distillery, based on the principle of a circular economy. You can also spend the night in their home! A must-see!

Nicknamed the Kirsch Valley, the Val de Villé is a high place of distillation. Héritière, the Héritière of this ancestral know-how, is home to the premises of the Legoll Company, a distillery seeking to perpetuate tradition, producing quality spirits thanks to the care of the fruits used. In a picturesque décor made of huge copper vats and stills, there are classic productions as well as special vintages, aged years in des casks or flasks. Among these, a council, taste the one that contributes to the best reputation of the house: wild raspberry: a pure treat! But also late grape grapes, quetsches, kirschs… The house also offers some 80 jams - and jellies - cooked to old in copper tanks, without any colours or preservatives.

In the small village of Saint-Baslemont of 900 inhabitants near Contrexéville and Vittel, the distillery Riondé produces artisan fruit spirits (mirabelles, raspberries, quethches…) since 1802. It is thanks to the selection of quality fruits and the use of copper utensils and respect for ancient traditions that these liqueurs each have a particular fragrance. If you wish, you can visit this distillery with all the explanations on the alambics. After the visit, a free tasting is offered. To taste without moderation these liqueurs with incomparable tastes.

This artisan distillery produces eau-de-vie, liqueurs, jams and even whisky, among the latest range of products developed. A guided tour reveals the still distillation process. The boutique offers original containers (cut, blown, engraved) and artisanal products. The golden fruit of Lorraine, the mirabelle plum, available as eau-de-vie and liqueur, is the star product among some thirty fruit, plant and spice liqueurs. Dare to try gewurztraminer marc liqueur, dark rum, vodka 57 or gin 57.

A cellar that can be noticed! The brand of Old Gourmet has been an institution of our good city for many years. Carrefour repris the shine in the shape of this beautiful cellar, provided intelligently by Fabrice Chaulacel. Passionate about beautiful bottles and beautiful names, he has been able to offer his clientele pretty bottles and prestigious areas. Let us say a little: for the largest, Petrus, Angelus, Petite Cheval Blanc, vosnes-romanée or Clos Vougeot, great wines for enthusiasts. At the most common radius: The., the classiques, the beaujolais, the fruity and the côtes, the south-west filled with suns, the choice of red and white (tariquet, chardonnay, etc.) and Alsace in full declination. Some foreign wines complement the range (Chile, Spain, Italy) and the house displays a classic alcohols radius, whiskies, rums, cognacs and armagnacs old dress. The staff is not comfortable with helpful advice and the rates are rather interesting, even on large wines. Note: the liquid radius of Bourbon vanilla syrups with smooth scents (rounding or crêpes and waffles) and local spirits and spirits to taste absolutely (mirabell, plum…). You know where to go…

This place is better known as Villa Bissinger. The International Institute of Champagne Wines is a school where you can learn about the wines of Champagne. For the simple visitor: here you can discover temporary exhibitions in the basement or, on the theme of wine, the educational cellar which illustrates the terroir and its trades, whose geography is also explained. Several paying programs allow to discover the champagne.

Located in Bassuet, Champagne, Champagne Oudart-Ortillon is a winery specializing in the production of champagne. Their website offers a delivery service for their products. Champagne Oudart-Ortillon offers a selection of champagnes, such as Champagne Brut "Nouvelle...", Champagne Rosé "Nouvelle...", Champagne Blancs de..., Champagne Cuvée Spéciale..., and Champagne Demi-sec... These champagnes are described as fresh, fruity and well-balanced, and are recommended as aperitifs or with desserts.

At their estate in Châlons-en-Champagne, the ambitious owners of Maison Carbot have made their dream come true: to create their own brand as well as a museum on the history of the appellation.
