Seven hiking routes are walkers.

The communauté de communes du pays de Revigny offers 7 fully-marked hiking trails in loops. These walks range from 5 to 14.5 km, and can be completed in half a day. The circuits allow you to discover the heritage of the surrounding villages. Links between the loops have also been opened to cater for more experienced walkers. The approved Association of Fisheries and Protection of Aquatique-sur-Seine Aquatic Environment has a brand new fishing pond located in the heart of the Béchère, a few metres from the equestrian circle, the children's playground and the educational farm. This gravel pit covers a land area of 4 hectares, 3,28 hectares of water. Ideal for fishermen and nature lovers, this water plan proposes you to discover the cipridés (white fish), persidés (perch…), and other ésosydés (pike…).

A fishing trip at the foot of an ^18th-century mill is a great way to combine business with pleasure. The Domaine du Moulin d'Eguebaude salmon farm opened its doors to the public in 1970 and raises trout and salmon from the pure, clear water of the Vanne, which rises 7 km upstream. In this verdant, flower-filled setting, the fish farm offers two types of fishing: fishing by weight, which delights both young and old, and fishing by the day in a pond specially designed for this activity, reserved for more experienced anglers. Rods are supplied for fishing by the kilo. Rainbow, salmon, fario and brook trout cross and intermingle in the ponds. It's all fun and games! For daytime fishing, everyone brings their own tackle and takes up position near the nearby pond. For picnics, tables and chairs are set up in fine weather, so you can enjoy the place even more. As for the name Eguebaude, it means "Happy Water"... That says it all!

The fishing association of Nogent sur Seine was founded on 17 March 1901. In its 1901 statutes, protection of aquatic environments was already in good place, proof if necessary that fishermen were precursors in the field of ecology. One of his honorary presidents at the time was the illustrious Alfred Boucher in Paris. Today, the fishing company puts at your disposal, along with the river Seine and its canals, over 60 hectares of water plans in private areas (the Small Pleux, the Grazing, the Monteuil…), to measure you to carp, white love and silver, estrugeons, day and night, as well as to the pike, trawling and black-bass of day. Around a 160-hectare pond, surrounded by trees, revolves a whole leisure center. There is fishing in delimited zones (with lure, carp, live bait, in a pond full of fish), water sports (nautical base with dinghies, windsurfers, canoes, optimists), cycling and walking, mountain biking. The brand new swimming pool and the equipped beach have a restaurant with a terrace at the water's edge. A pleasant 3 star campsite offers 110 pitches of 100^m2.

Its 55 hectares are exclusively reserved for fishermen.

In Metz, two skateparks are open to all, and have long brought together a community of skate enthusiasts. The Plan d'Eau skatepark behind the skating rink, with its mixed facilities, is suitable for all ages and levels. The Bowl at Parc de la Seille, a fast-paced course covering 500 m², is aimed more at the most gifted skaters. In fact, this area is very well known, and people come from far and wide to try out a few tricks! Please note, however, that access to these facilities is free, and children must be supervised by their parents.

With a practice range and an 18-hole course, this club has a policy of openness and offers very attractive rates, with packages that allow players to discover the joys of the green. There is a friendly atmosphere in this club where new players are warmly welcomed and taken in hand by the pro Pierre Maniette, who also advises the experienced players. The town of Courcelles-Chaussy is home to AAPPMA La Rousse, a fishing association. The aim of this association is to manage the aquatic environments of the region's fishing lots and to enable fishing on these sites, notably the Nied and the Étang de la Générose. Fishing enthusiasts can therefore take advantage of these areas to practice their favorite activity.

Created in 1960, this club, which means "martial arts school" in Japanese, is a pillar of martial arts in Nancy. Today, it has 12 disciplines and more than 600 members: judo, aikido (also in handi-aikido), taekwondo, karate, kung-fu, hapkido, tai chi chuan, yoga and now body taekwondo fitness, which mixes taekwondo and fitness, in music. The teachers are specialized, qualified and graduated from different national federations. The spirit of Sho Bu Kai is prevention and social integration through martial arts.

Set against an enchanting backdrop of snow-covered mountain scenery, this ephemeral open-air skating rink invites you to share the joys of sliding with family and friends. The tradition of this facility goes back a long way, when city employees enjoyed a rudimentary facility for family skating. Today, a circuit specially designed for children aged 3 to 10 is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2pm to 5pm. A quiet, easy 1-hour walk. Starting from the abbey priest's garden, follow the croquenot (walking shoe) on a pink background towards the stream. You'll come across the miraculous spring and a protected wetland where irises grow in season. You pass the town hall, the old forester's house and the walled meadow. Then into the forest. When you reach the water reservoir, turn right onto a path (blue disc) leading down to the village, and continue along the forest track with a view of the village. You can also discover the IRIS walk, which completes this range of short family walks.

The Harreberg area is particularly well-suited to hiking. There are numerous signposted routes starting from the village. These include

the Harreberg circular route, the longest (10.3 km), takes around 3h30 to complete, mainly on forest roads.

la circulaire des Picards, a 6.2-km circuit with a gradient of almost 500 m, takes 1h45.

la circulaire du Rocher des Siamois, a 6km hike between vegetation and minerals, where you come across two spectacular rocks standing like brothers, takes 2 hours.

the Krappenfelsen circuit totals 7.5 km and 600 m of ascent through the forest, past the Saint-Marcel grotto and beautiful viewpoints.

In keeping with the club's motto: 1 day on the trail, 8 days of health, the Club Vosgien invites you to hike along the marked footpaths it maintains throughout the region. With over 350 members, the Sarrebourg-Abreschviller club is one of the Federation's largest. It maintains and marks around 650 km of trails, thanks to the commitment of some twenty volunteers. The Club Vosgien is a key player in tourism and in the life of the Sarrebourg and Abreschviller areas.

This beautiful hike for good walkers reveals the sites, rock carvings and landscapes on the slopes of the Zorn valley. For nearly three centuries, this small valley was home to numerous sawmills and glassworks, small industries that sprang up after the Thirty Years' War, attracting Swiss, Bavarian, Austrian and Picardy families to repopulate the region after the ravages of the plague and the exactions of Swedish and Bavarian mercenaries. Depart from the town hall to reach the ruins of the Pagan castle (Heidenschloss). The site first saw the erection of a watchtower over the Zorn valley, before a small castle was built to protect the valley passages. Later taken over by brigands, it took on the nickname of Château des Païens, a nickname shared with the ruin of another castle in Walscheid. The route climbs to the Rocher des Corbeaux, with its panoramic view over the Ententhal valley. You'll discover the historic meeting place of Presidents Kohl and Mitterand in 1983. At Rocher de la Paie you'll find an explanatory panel installed by the Club Vosgien de Dabo about the table on which forestry workers were paid from the ^19th to the early ^20th century. You come across an oratory and pass by a shelter built by the Club Vosgien, cross the Zorn, walk on ridges and through undergrowth... A varied and enjoyable hike.

Ranch sounds more Western than chic horse club! The atmosphere here is relaxed and country, with some of the horses sporting piebald dresses and Indian gaits. On this site, Didier and Carine offer a full range of services for riders and their equine companions: breaking-in, transport, horse boarding, trail rides and equestrian tourism in magnificent surroundings with a qualified guide. We also breed and sell horses. The ranch is "Jeunesse et Sport" approved.

An accrobranche for the whole family, at the entrance to the Doller valley. Toddlers aged two and over can discover the sensations of balance as they move, 20 cm off the ground, over suspension bridges, beams, nets, zip lines and more. Then it's on to the harness and lifeline to experience the same workshops, high up in the air, moving from tree to tree, with courses adapted to the age and size of each child. This dynamic local association organizes hikes and mountain bike rides throughout the year, including the Marche des Sept Roses in summer, and programs events such as the very popular and spectacular Marche nocturne aux flambeaux in early December, as a prelude to Christmas. The Club Vosgien de Saint-Quirin, a District II club of the Fédération du Club Vosgien, is responsible for marking and maintaining 360 km of trails, building shelters for hikers, and promoting and raising awareness of the local natural and historical heritage.

This is no place for joking around. The club's technical director, Raphaël Schmitz, is a world-class performer: six-time nunchaku world champion, European judo champion, multiple French champion in judo and sambo, European cup winner in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and many more! The club therefore has international ambitions, and a team of six other coaches is on hand to take members to the highest level. But this structure is not individualistic: the variety of disciplines taught means there's something for every member of the family.
