Sylvie, her daughter Marianne and Alex (in the kitchen) decided to change their lives, obviously motivated by this address known to almost all Mulhousians. All the regulars came back, tried it out and approved! All day long, you can relax in a new decor that's up to date with the times, but still respects the popular codes of the old place. Good breakfasts and tasty snacks at lunchtime, and of course excellent cakes.

This may not be the address for "good kids", but for "big kids" who are delighted to discover a caliente atmosphere! The result is an accomplished cocktail bar featuring excellent Cuban rums! You'll need more than one visit to discover them all! In the meantime, you'll be greeted by a friendly parrot who won't hesitate to greet you personally if you have a few peanuts to offer. Right in the heart of the brand-new pedestrian precinct, it's a promise of joy and (moderate) intoxication to come!

Le Chanfrein is a tiny bar with probably one of the smallest stages in the region, adjacent to the Le Cheval Blanc restaurant in Brunstatt. It's a low-ceilinged café with a few high tables and chairs, a neat and functional counter, a micro-stage in one corner, where local and regional bands of all styles perform every first and third Saturday of the month, a dynamic village bar-pub. In the evening, especially in summer, the terrace adds to the charm of this café, which attracts a large clientele.

Maximilien and Romain welcome you to their charming boutique to spend a pleasant moment in their company. The decor is meticulous, the place cosy, you feel good and you can easily take your time. If Maison Monsieur R is so pleasant, it's because it's all about the detail. In the tea room, you can enjoy a coffee, tea or hot chocolate in velvet armchairs, accompanied by an excellent pastry or homemade cake. It has to be said that Romain is a gourmet expert, having been in charge of the Cabosse pastry and chocolate shop.

Le Nid, an urban guinguette, is the brainchild of Charlotte and Sophie, two very friendly friends. The place is very cosy and convivial! It's also an original concept, halfway between a restaurant and a tearoom. You can enjoy homemade tarts and cookies as well as salads and tartines. You may also be tempted by a brunch served on Sunday mornings by prior arrangement. In summer, don't miss the charming terrace. A warm and inviting atmosphere prevails. Le Nid, a good idea!

Located in the extension of the Musée des Poupées, this friendly village bistro boasts a popular terrace in summer, and offers a wide range of events, including themed evenings and aperitif concerts... The entire museum and bistro building can be privatized for family events.

Angélique and Fabrice recently took over the bar overlooking both the pedestrian street and the London quays. In fine weather, two large terraces complement the indoor dining room. Colmarians have quickly taken it by storm, and it's easy to see why just by looking at the outside: the play of lights in the evening creates a very pleasant, party-friendly atmosphere, as does the terrace adorned with olive trees and woodland. L'Atelier also boasts an extensive beer list, both bottled and draught. Here you'll find 2 areas: a boutique area with over fifty references of local and craft beers, and a bar area offering draught beers, bottled beers, soft drinks, wine... You can accompany your beverages with excellent charcuterie and cheese boards. The atmosphere is warm, with wood and tin intermingling. We also offer beer taps for hire. In summer, a large terrace stretches out over the Reggio square.

After the mythical Café Rey, which closed its doors for good in June 2011, it's time to get stuck in! This time, the business has been taken over by seasoned Colmarians! The spot is well placed between the train station and the city center, and the decor is rather rock and to the point. The rather original service is direct at the counter, and the clientele, young and old, is cheerful and diverse. The beer is good, as is the sound. What we particularly like are the Blablabla Mulhouse evenings, every Wednesday at 8pm.

At the northern tip of the Meuse and just 4 km from Belgium, in a picturesque little village, you may be surprised to discover this pub. It serves English and Belgian beers, as well as the unmissable Orval, a Trappist beer brewed by monks at the nearby abbey. This country-style café is open on weekend evenings, and twice a month hosts musical evenings. If you're a musician or have a band, you'll be pleased to know that the establishment has its own recording studio run by Mike Peacock.

Cat then, what a crazy and funny idea to have opened a cat bar! A concept coming from Japan, the "neko café" seduces the lovers of these marvelous and so cute balls of hair. Just a few steps away from the Place Saint-Louis, the masters of the place stroll, sleep, purr, stretch or observe. So you can enjoy this charming bar with a warm and feline atmosphere. The menu features delicious Italian hot chocolates and other comforting drinks, some of which are original. You will have understood, here, the respect of the animal is a golden rule, also for the quietude of the hosts, remain zen!

On the corner of Place Charles de Gaulle, the Café Renaissance boasts a large terrace where it's a good idea to stop for a drink and enjoy the Stanislas cityscape. This café with its green parasols (like the façade) also boasts a large wooden bar and billiards inside, in a yellow and woody decor. The decor is reminiscent of traditional rural cafés. From its terrace, you can make out Stanislas Castle behind the picturesque old houses on the square. A friendly neighborhood café.

This Latino tapas bar is nestled atop Montmédy's citadel. You can dine indoors in a warm, colorful wood decor, or on the terrace with direct access to the citadel. Here, you'll discover South American cuisine(empanadas, patacones...). Original and tasty flavors, everything from the cooking to the cocktails is homemade. During the summer, dance sessions(salsa, bachata...) are organized. A good time and a change of scenery guaranteed! A beautiful address in an enchanting, historic atmosphere.

Guillaume Gouilly-Frossard has just set up Eccwôd, a coffee-roaster and coffee-shop. The establishment, located near the covered market, offers a range of coffees, as well as lattes. Don't leave without discovering the chaï latte, or the matcha latte. You'll also find tea and cold drinks (shakerato, iced cappuccino, iced chocolate, iced chai latte, iced matcha latte, affogato...). To accompany these drinks, try our homemade pastries. The matcha tea cake is delicious, as are the brownie and apple crumble. A wonderful discovery!

It's always a good time for a coffee! Coffee lovers can look forward to a wide range of caffeinated creations at l'Occasion Café, from the classic espresso tonic version for a kick of energy, to the Flat White and its artistic milk foam, not forgetting the gourmet latte and moccacino, which can also be made with plant-based milk, and the essential Slow Coffee to accompany a home-made pastry or savoury snack at any time of day. Once a month, the café organizes Slow Coffee workshops to learn more about gentle extraction methods, as well as numerous events ranging from game nights to wine afterworks!

Both passionate about tea and coffee, Adeline and Jérôme have embarked on a wonderful project to take the people of Rémois on a journey: to open their shop. Behind each bean is a story, the story of a producer, a region, a know-how that the couple is proud to share with you. In their shop, you will find nearly 150 references, carefully selected and freshly roasted by Jérôme, to take away or to taste on the spot. The coffee bar also offers cupping workshops to introduce you to coffee tasting, to discover its aromas and terroirs, as well as Soft Methods workshops to enhance your coffee with different coffee makers.

La Buvette aux Sept Écluses, located in Plobsheim, invites you to take a gourmet break in the open air. Enjoy a quick, simple and tasty meal, perfect for treating yourself after a bike ride or a stroll along the canal. You'll love the pleasant setting, with a sunny terrace overlooking the locks, and the friendly, welcoming staff. In addition to the Buvette, Plobsheim also offers other activities, such as "heritage" outings in horse-drawn carriages and boats, organized by the local association. These outings are an excellent opportunity to discover the region's history.
