The queer alternative to the famous Notting Hill Carnival, this festival, founded in 2006, continues to attract more and more people every year. While black lesbian and bisexual women are behind the event, it's open to everyone, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. The march usually ends at the Ministry of Sound nightclub, then often continues with Bootylicious, a popular dance party. This event is the epitome of British freedom of expression!

Here's a typical English event! In the Cotwolds, Bank Holiday Monday is the occasion for joyous festivities. More than a hundred attractions, producers' stalls and craftsmen bring South Cerney to life in a friendly atmosphere, with live music all day long. Don't miss the famous duck race: over a hundred numbered yellow plastic ducks race down the river. Which one will win?

Every year at Blenheim Palace, during the Bank Holiday weekend, the gardens come alive and fill up with small gastronomic stands featuring local produce, local beer and cocktails. Added to this are culinary demonstrations, the presence of numerous chefs and gastronomic experts, and small concerts to liven up the festival. A wonderful opportunity to picnic with family and friends in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

To celebrate the end of the year, thousands of revelers gather in Trafalgar Square, swaying arm in arm, singing Auld Lang Syne ("It's only goodbye, brothers"). Despite the hustle and bustle, the presence of drunks and pickpockets, and the occasional brawl, the event continues to draw large crowds. A fireworks display and the Big Ben carillon, magnificently restored after extensive renovation work, are also on the program.
