It's an incredible architectural ensemble: the 35-hectare Pôle Hippique de Saint-Lô boasts unrivalled facilities, including the former national stud farm and several riding arenas. A venue for prestigious events (equestrian shows and exhibitions such as the one dedicated to the Cadre Noir de Saumur in the summer of 2024), it is also a training and apprenticeship centre for lovers of the discipline, whatever their level. The entire facility is open to the public.

When the British in the 1900s were bored on the Alabaster Coast, they created golf courses. This one opened in 1908. At the top of the cliff of Aval, the golf course overlooks the sea and the bay, offering a grandiose view and an invigorating air to those who come to hit the small ball on this 18-hole course of 6,073 metres. Plan, of course, for a spare set of balls! The golf course also offers a school for children from 5 to 17 years old. Take advantage of the restaurant after your game, and the shop if you are short of equipment.

Since its reopening in 2021, the rink has been adapted to new standards to accommodate its 90,000 annual visitors. It is possible to rent skates or skateboards for children under 4 years old. People with reduced mobility can also enjoy the rink with their wheelchair! Please note that pants and gloves are mandatory. This Olympic rink is also the training and competition venue for the ACSEL figure skating club, the Vouillamoz/Giniaux couple and the Drakkars field hockey club. Come and encourage them!

Proposes 4 circuits walks: the mills, the heart of mother, between Seulles and Mue, between Orne and Canal. 4 circuits discovered: Landing beaches, Abbaye Mondaye Abbey, eel route and Houlgate.

Although Honfleur is a city of culture and history, there is nothing to stop you from relaxing for an hour or two at mini-golf. An activity that will undoubtedly appeal to the youngest, especially since its beautification in 2018. The 18-hole course has been completely redesigned and decorated with miniature wooden Honfleurais and Norman monuments (the Sainte-Catherine bell tower, the Normandy bridge or Claude Monet's bust), as well as panels presenting points of culture and heritage of the city. Another new feature for children aged 3 to 10 is a small mini-karting circuit with real traffic signs to help them learn the rules of the road.

Only 10 kilometres from the famous Mont-Saint-Michel, the town of Pontorson is a good base for visiting the Channel and the medieval city. From this town marked by a history sometimes English and sometimes French, a cycle path joins the banks of the Couesnon. You will then ride along the water to Mont-Saint-Michel. The last part is on a lane shared with pedestrians. However, be aware of the large number of visitors during the tourist season.

An Alpine club in Le Havre? I was told that there was only the sea and the cliffs… And yet it is true, and the Alpine Club also works, with walks about every fifteen days.

Every Sunday, this association proposes to make you walk and to raise awareness of nature: two absolutely laudable and ultimately complementary goals. Varied routes and distances, for children and adults, between 6 km and 30 km.

The course, on the seafront, invites you to a world tour in 18 holes! A unique journey that we owe to Jean-Marc and his family. In the bar, the photos attest to these three generations (since 1956) of passionate and inventive mini-golfers. The terrace above the bar offers an unobstructed view of the course, the beach, and the trawler's cabin where the ticket office has been installed. Laughter guaranteed in this Cabourg institution, almost a historical monument!

Discover the world's smallest approved golf course, just outside Bernay town centre! This 100% eco-friendly 9-hole golf course is located on a Natura 2000 site and is committed to responsible maintenance and management, including the use of sheep and ponies for mowing, with no chemicals or water consumption. The 1,381-metre (par 29) 9-hole course is complemented by an 18-hole Pitch & Putt course, both certified in 2011.

As soon as you arrive, you are overwhelmed with emotions full of authenticity. When you arrive, you are first blown away by an incredible panorama of the coast and even the Channel Islands on a clear day. But, if you are here, it is also and above all to live a golfing experience. Created in 1912, the design of the golf course, entrusted to Harry Shapland Colt, has nothing to envy the most beautiful Irish courses with its two "links" of 18 and 9 holes unique in France. Over 47 kilometres between Evreux and Pont-Authou, beyond the Neubourg, the Green Lane allows, thanks to its coating, the practice of walking, cycling and roller, to the exclusion of any motor gear. Created on the old line SNCF Evreux-Honfleur, it allows hikers to oxygenate in peace of mind. The former Gare station, rehabilitated, hosts the Tourist Office, located on the route of the Green Lane, halfway between Evreux and Le Bec Hellouin.

Signposted from Varengeville, this footpath goes around the Bois des Communes, a peaty moorland which extends over about 15 hectares. Restored 10 years ago, it is home to a particular flora, including several species of heather and gorse, drosera or insect-eating plants. Plants typical of wetlands such as sedges flourish there, as well as a very rich fauna of insects and rare species of butterflies. Interesting to visit.

Located a stone's throw from Rouen, this leisure park lets you discover the thrill of acrobatic courses in the forest. Various courses are available for the whole family. These include forest paintball, an outdoor laser game, bubble soccer and sumo wrestling, as well as an outdoor escape game, mini-golf and an Ouistiti park. It's the ideal way to spend a good time outdoors in the magnificent Préaux forest, for 100% adventure fun. A continuous lifeline system ensures the safety of everyone in the park.

There is no lack of interest in the Orne department. Watercourse in the heart of a hilly and wooded landscape or small bucolic river is nature fishing! On the menu: fario trout, rainbow trout, shade, carp, pip, pike, and even crayfish. 4,000 km of rivers and 150 ha of selected water bodies and lakes regenerate floating-line fishermen, launch, leaded, live, fly… Finally, you can also bark and shovel against a balance (and gloves!) to fish the crayfish of California in the Gourbe near Bagnoles-de-l 'Orne.

Put on your rollerblades, helmets and protective gear, and come and discover this original, even madcap sport that's all about respect. The atmosphere is gothic, punk, rock and gore, as evidenced by the names of the teams: the Croque-Morts, the Faucheuses and the Veuves Noires. Derby calls for technique, commitment, speed, fighting spirit and team spirit, like rugby on wheels on Halloween night. Women make up the majority of the membership, but the club also has a men's team and welcomes rookies from the age of eight.

You will find this very nice area in the immediate vicinity of the castle of Torigny. If you can rent a boat to go for a ride on the small lake, the heart of the offer is the possibility to enjoy the accrobranche. Among the proposed courses, one of red color, the other of red and black color (as in skiing!) according to the difficulties. Children are not forgotten, and benefit from an offer just for them. You are obviously in full safety here, and ready to let off steam!

Fishing enthusiasts will not miss this place where there are seven ponds that will allow them to enjoy their favourite leisure.
