Opening in 2019, the Louviers ice rink has long been awaited by families. Its modern architecture and two lanes will delight young and old alike: in addition to the simple pleasure of sliding alone, with friends or family, you can play field hockey, ice soccer or bubble soccer. Children can try their hand at field hockey with ball brooms, and celebrate their birthdays on the ice! An ice garden is also available for children under 12 on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

And it will take a lot to walk this 18-hole mini-golf course, very well maintained and offering original courses that will leave no one indifferent. It is said that the youngest ones love it, but adults will also have a good time and a good mood. In summer, the place is open at night, and the light shows are worth the detour. The mini-golf course is open during the season and offers drinks and ice cream.

All new, all beautiful! A pony club opened in January 2019 in Bourneville-Sainte-Croix (or more precisely in the former commune of Sainte-Croix-sur-Aizier, between Aizier and Bourneville). The fulfillment of a dream for Dorothée Dehaynin, an experienced rider who has been rewarded many times in show jumping and eventing. She now devotes her solid experience to children (from 2 to 12 years old) through baby pony and hand walks with a parent, but also a classical education for the older ones.

5 minutes by horse from the national forest, Emmanuelle and Vincent welcome you to a rural and friendly setting to share with them their passion for horses. From initiation to competition, everyone can find their place thanks to a team at your disposal and who will help you progress at your own pace.

Nestled in the green Risle Valley, just a few minutes from Pont-Audemer, this golf course was created in 2010 by an association of enthusiasts. The objective: to make this sport accessible to everyone. Located opposite the ponds and their recreational base, this natural course extends over 17 hectares in the wilderness; there is a practice area (9 indoor and 6 outdoor) in free access and a synthetic putting green of 200 m². The 9-hole course (5 par 4 and 4 par 3) is open from April to the end of October, and mid-November depending on the weather.

Two kilometres from the centre, in the Charentonne valley, fishing is carried out quietly in ponds filled with fish (several swans per day). There are also river fishing trails and trails, not forgetting a shop corner (bait and small equipment) and the Bar of the small on-site restaurant.

Founded in 1975, the village offers a multitude of activities. Equestrian college and high school, training centre for the monitorat, but also reception centre which programmes throughout the year of the training courses for children from 6 to 17 years. Its origin dates back to 1988. Located at the foot of the Deux-Amants hill, between the Seine and the lakes, the golf course extends over 75 hectares. Located a few steps from the pool, it has a practice, a golf school and an 18-hole tree-lined course accessible to all levels of play, over a length of 5,640 metres. Green fees, during the week and at weekends, are very affordable. A clubhouse and a restaurant, the Brasserie du Bosc, open to everyone, also provide an opportunity to eat and relax on site. A friendly place where competitions are regularly held.

These magnificent fishing ponds, bordered by weeping willows, seduce walkers and fishermen. There are three of them, one pond for carp (future carpodrome) and two for trout. Laurent and Gabrielle, the young owners, are friendly and attentive to their customers' requests. At the reception, a snack bar allows you to eat and to rent or buy equipment. A quiet place to relax for a day or half-day fishing by the water....

An ideal place to embark on family trout fishing: a pond is especially dedicated to young people; for amateurs, several formulas are proposed: fishing per kilo, fishing parts or rental of the pond for your family, friendly or professional groups. You can also enjoy delicious trout specialities on the spot, or buy in retail or half-large.

Located 5 minutes from downtown, near the Voie Verte, in a hilly and green setting, the golf course offers an 18-hole par 72 course of 6,330 meters and practice areas, including a driving range with 10 covered and 25 uncovered stations. A perfect place for beginners (6 holes pitch and putt) as well as for experienced players. Overlooking the 18th green, the ultra-modern clubhouse, with its restaurant and terrace, offers a beautiful panorama of the fairways. The pro-shop offers a large choice of products, equipment and clothing.

Known for its Segway tours, the great team of Com'on Gyro has launched into the rental of bikes and scooters! The whole, all-terrain and electric to enjoy the suggested rides. In addition to the fun, silent and easy-to-handle machines, the team has concocted routes to discover the most beautiful sites of the Côte de Nacre. Equipped with a GPS and a helmet, on your scooter with big wheels or on the handlebars of your bike, you will take safe routes from Caen or Lion-sur-Mer, punctuated with spots to be immortalized!

Business is booming on the Merville-Franceville waterfront! Opened in 2020 as the first facility of its kind in Calvados, this pumptrack is a real success. The course is made up of three loop-shaped mogul tracks. What awaits you: a series of bends, dips and bumps in asphalt. Unlike the skatepark, the pumptracks provide access to the tracks for a wide range of board sports, including skateboarding of course, but also rollerblading, mountain biking, BMX and even scooters. A must for skate aficionados young and old!

Like a big one, this miniature golf course offers an 18-hole course. However, here there is no need to handle your club with great dexterity, nor to dress in the right outfit for fun and entertainment. The holes are "Norman" (you can't make them up!). Barrels, wine press, lighthouse, half-timbered houses with thatched roofs, a fortified castle (rather Sleeping Beauty than William the Conqueror, but that's okay!) mark out a fun and almost instructive route (you will deepen your historical knowledge later)... After the game, we will have a debriefing in the brewery for a drink, lunch or dinner. Salad, platter of cold cuts, mussels, seafood platter, beef tartare, salmon tagliatelle or simply fries are offered. It is said that the place is very popular with turf journalists, jockeys and drivers. You'd have to believe them, considering the friendly atmosphere. If you want a tip, it's probably in there. Close to the Roche d'Oëtre nature reserve, Orne Aventure offers no fewer than 11 accrobranche courses and around a hundred games accessible to all, children and sports enthusiasts alike. Set off on a tree-to-tree adventure, in complete safety: you can choose between several courses (monkey bridge, Tarzan jump...). The 100% zip-line course is a must. As for the most courageous, they'll soar 18 meters above the ground into the treetops. The site also offers events throughout the year. Please note that all minors must be accompanied.

For climbing enthusiasts, don't miss out on the 1,400 m² dedicated to climbing! Open to young and old, enthusiasts and beginners, you will discover a multitude of walls and boulders to try your hand at this sensational sport. Breathtaking lines (10 m high!), an area dedicated to children, Fun Climbing workshops, all in a bright and colorful universe. Want to train for this Olympic sport? Courses for all ages are given. To finish off the day, a sauna and a small restaurant are available!

To simply discover the region in a different way! Whether it's the Val-de-Saire (and in particular Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue and its UNESCO-listed towers) or Cherbourg and its many ports, these horse-drawn carriage tours will appeal to you. And there are many offers! Drawn by Norman cobs or Percherons, which will give the youngest the opportunity to marvel, these carriages are an excellent way to discover our heritage.

The Barneville-Carteret equestrian club offers a wide range of horse-related activities: from introductory lessons for the very young, through horse-ball, dressage, show-jumping and trail riding, to advanced training and exams, there's something for everyone. Numerous ponies and horses are available at the club, located 600 m from the sea. The pleasure of riding in the great outdoors is yours, especially on the beach, facing the immensity of the English Channel, in landscapes worthy of postcards.

Whether you're a beginner or a professional rock climber, Arkoze is the place to be! You can climb freely and learn about the laws of gravity, take lessons and benefit from the advice of our instructors. The spacious venue, located on the banks of the Seine, offers several climbing routes for all levels. This all-round sport challenges every muscle in the body and requires a great deal of thought. Ideal for regaining self-confidence or having a good time with family and friends. As for the canteen, the burgers are generous and the food homemade!

Everyone in the saddle! A new cycle route which is part of the great itinerary of La Vélomaritime, one of the most beautiful greenways in Normandy, is now available. This section of approximately 14 km along the coast and cliffs of Bessin can connect Grandcamp-Maisy and Vierville-sur-Mer. This is the longest stretch of cycle path built on the Calvados coast by the Department. Eventually, it will be possible to link Honfleur and Isigny-sur-Mer along the coast.

At the exit of Clécy, the spectacular via ferrata of the Cambronnerie awaits the enthusiasts of strong sensations! Do you want to gain some height? You will be spoiled! "Vertig' is there to help you cross the rocky escarpments of a cliff along a 250-metre course, i.e. a 70-metre difference in level at a height of 50 metres. You are not equipped? There is everything on site. Also, for the most courageous, a giant zip line of 400 metres (from 8 years old) for a descent at 70 km/h with a breathtaking view over the valley of the Orne. Superb!

At the "Carrefour du Rendez-Vous", one of the many intersections of the Écouves forest, two pedestrian loops await you: one of 2.1 km and the other of 2.5 km. These discovery trails focus on the theme of the management of a state-owned forest and detail the challenges and constraints of such a mission. Information panels mark the route. Count on about 45 minutes of walking for the first loop and a little over an hour for the second: a breath of fresh air guaranteed.

Horseback riding in the heart of nature! This is the ideal place to discover the forest on horseback. You can either bring your own horse (boarding in a meadow or stall), or go for a ride with or without a guide, for an hour, a half-day, a day or a weekend. The farm also offers comfortable guest rooms. Specialising in Normandy cows, you can taste and buy dairy products directly from the farm: fromage frais, rice pudding and the speciality, tertroserbes.

La Cavalerie de Montchaton is an equestrian tourism center located in Orval sur Sienne. The center offers equestrian activities for the whole family in a friendly atmosphere that respects the well-being of the horses. La Cavalerie de Montchaton accepts payment by bank and postal cheques, vacation vouchers and cash. Parking and sanitary facilities are available. Groups are also welcome. For those wishing to explore the surrounding area, the Pointe d'Agon beach at Agon-Coutainville and the Coudeville-sur-Mer beach are nearby.
