Les Ateliers dionysiens brings together over forty activities for all ages, from artistic disciplines to handicrafts, games, languages, gymnastics, yoga and African dance. At the heart of this Sport-Nature area on the Saint-Gabriel moor, there are many activities on offer! From mountain biking to archery and golf, everything is there to please both amateur and seasoned sportsmen and women! Unique in the region: orienteering is also possible here!

You will be here in the calm of the Granvillais hinterland, full of peace and quiet, and conducive to concentration! And it will take a lot to walk this 18-hole mini-golf course, very well maintained and offering original courses that will leave no one indifferent. It is said that the youngest ones love it, but adults will also have a good time and a good mood. In summer, the place is open at night, and the light shows are worth the detour. The mini-golf course is open during the season and offers drinks and ice cream.

This vast, modern complex is located in the heart of the city. Opened a few months ago in the heart of Saint-Sauveur, this is a place like no other. The brainchild of Marie-Odile and Bruno, the Nid de la Linotte is not just a store dedicated to knitting. Of course, you'll find knitting balls, knitting advice and dedicated events (the "tricothés"), but that's not all. You can come here for tea, brunch or one of the little marvels cooked on the premises: it's simple and good, all in a lovely atmosphere.

This site is dedicated to hiking and biking in the Orne department. Discover long and short hikes, themed horse-riding and mountain-biking in state-owned forests. With over 5,000 km of hiking trails, Orne is a hiker's paradise. What's more, you can consult them directly on your phone, thanks to our new app, or simply on our website, which includes 41 circuits ranging from 16 to 70 km, and the 2 greenways of the Orne.

The undisputed world leader in bungee jumping, Skypark by AJ Hackett defies the laws of gravity. It's up to you to take the plunge from the top of the 61-metre Eiffel Viaduct - a classic, but what a classic! For the less adventurous, other thrilling activities await you: the pendulum jump on a rope, the giant swing that propels you at 130 km/h, or the footbridge and its glass balcony with a breathtaking view over 60 meters high. You'll be proud to say "I did it, I did it!"

Known for its Segway tours, the great team of Com'on Gyro has launched into the rental of bikes and scooters! The whole, all-terrain and electric to enjoy the suggested rides. In addition to the fun, silent and easy-to-handle machines, the team has concocted routes to discover the most beautiful sites of the Côte de Nacre. Equipped with a GPS and a helmet, on your scooter with big wheels or on the handlebars of your bike, you will take safe routes from Caen or Lion-sur-Mer, punctuated with spots to be immortalized!

The Côte d'Albâtre is ideal for discovering the pleasures of surfing. With Tim Jet, you will have a choice since, on the beach of Saint-Jouin-Bruneval, we propose you paddle to admire the cliffs in peace, the towed buoy to have beautiful crazy laughs, or still the jet-ski, which you will be able to discover during a session of initiation or to appreciate the time of a one-hour excursion which will lead you under the arches of Étretat, at full speed... Surrounded by a team of professionals, this is a good way to discover the coastline at your own pace.

The Centre de Vol à Voile de Vauville-Hague association, in the commune of La Hague, is based at the Vauville-Camp Maneyrol airfield, which offers ideal conditions for gliding: gentle slope, favourable winds, the site is a must for this discipline. Today, the association offers 2 activities: gliding and multi-axis microlight flying. For novices, the sensations are guaranteed, especially during introductory flights.

Business is booming on the Merville-Franceville waterfront! Opened in 2020 as the first facility of its kind in Calvados, this pumptrack is a real success. The course is made up of three loop-shaped mogul tracks. What awaits you: a series of bends, dips and bumps in asphalt. Unlike the skatepark, the pumptracks provide access to the tracks for a wide range of board sports, including skateboarding of course, but also rollerblading, mountain biking, BMX and even scooters. A must for skate aficionados young and old!

A unique event: the brainchild of a group of friends, Rock n'Trail invites you to meet up in a quarry - still in operation, but obviously not in use for a weekend - and push your limits. And how: the flagship event features a 7.6-kilometer course (with 200 meters of cumulative elevation gain), where you can run alone or in a team for 24 hours! Other races, including a 20 km trail, are also on offer. Why rock? Because there are plenty of bands and riffs to accompany your feat!

Like a big one, this miniature golf course offers an 18-hole course. However, here there is no need to handle your club with great dexterity, nor to dress in the right outfit for fun and entertainment. The holes are "Norman" (you can't make them up!). Barrels, wine press, lighthouse, half-timbered houses with thatched roofs, a fortified castle (rather Sleeping Beauty than William the Conqueror, but that's okay!) mark out a fun and almost instructive route (you will deepen your historical knowledge later)... After the game, we will have a debriefing in the brewery for a drink, lunch or dinner. Salad, platter of cold cuts, mussels, seafood platter, beef tartare, salmon tagliatelle or simply fries are offered. It is said that the place is very popular with turf journalists, jockeys and drivers. You'd have to believe them, considering the friendly atmosphere. If you want a tip, it's probably in there. In any case, ours is the one to make you spend a relaxing day or a friendly "after" evening, two meters from the boards: a beautiful place where everything ends, generally, in music.

Close to the Roche d'Oëtre nature reserve, Orne Aventure offers no fewer than 11 accrobranche courses and around a hundred games accessible to all, children and sports enthusiasts alike. Set off on a tree-to-tree adventure, in complete safety: you can choose between several courses (monkey bridge, Tarzan jump...). The 100% zip-line course is a must. As for the most courageous, they'll soar 18 meters above the ground into the treetops. The site also offers events throughout the year. Please note that all minors must be accompanied.

The Centre Nautique Est-Cotentin has three bases: one in Barfleur, the second in Quinéville and the last in Saint-Vaast. In addition to the possibility for sailing enthusiasts to indulge in their favourite marine sports, you can also take lessons here, even if you are a novice, and practice paddle, kayak, sailing or sand yachting. The three instructors have the know-how and professionalism to guide you.

Overlooking the sea and the beach: a prime location to study the winds and currents... The team at the nautical centre (which also has a branch in Omonville-la-Rogue) will look after you during your trips to the sea and make sure you are as well equipped as possible. Numerous activities are available: windsurfing, catamaran, sand yachting, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, schooner sailing, sea gardening, gliding, towed buoy, coastal longevity... There is something for all tastes, for all ages and above all for all levels! Sports, leisure or even learning.

For climbing enthusiasts, don't miss out on the 1,400 m² dedicated to climbing! Open to young and old, enthusiasts and beginners, you will discover a multitude of walls and boulders to try your hand at this sensational sport. Breathtaking lines (10 m high!), an area dedicated to children, Fun Climbing workshops, all in a bright and colorful universe. Want to train for this Olympic sport? Courses for all ages are given. To finish off the day, a sauna and a small restaurant are available!

At the gates of Deauville, it's the perfect place for adrenaline and thrill seekers! In the private forest estate of Deauville Aventure, you can let off steam at the wheel of all-terrain vehicles. Hiking in a buggy or on a Kymco 700 quad (for drivers from 18 years old with a licence and a passenger over 10 years old) to push your limits. Or a vegetal maze that forms an ideal paintball field (for adults and children). Clever: group packages are available for a birthday or bachelor party!

To simply discover the region in a different way! Whether it's the Val-de-Saire (and in particular Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue and its UNESCO-listed towers) or Cherbourg and its many ports, these horse-drawn carriage tours will appeal to you. And there are many offers! Drawn by Norman cobs or Percherons, which will give the youngest the opportunity to marvel, these carriages are an excellent way to discover our heritage.

The Cherbourg Sailing School, which totals no less than 1,500^m2 of usable space spread over two levels, has a reception hall, classrooms, changing rooms, staff offices, school users' premises and the rowing club. The school welcomes children from the age of 6, is open for school holiday courses, sea classes, provides departmental dinghy training, sports instruction, or licence training.

It is a national reference in the field: the Regional Centre for Circus Arts is a place of art and culture entirely dedicated to the emergence of new forms of circus arts. The structure welcomes artists in residence and offers a very rich programme. Beginners or big names in this world of the spectacle in full revolution, all have a beautiful tool of accompaniment towards creation. Every year, the place is the heart of the Spring festival, dedicated to these arts.

The Association IDéA brings together three Dieppe clubs associated with the Alpine brand. They are AAA, Association des Anciens d'Alpine, CAD, Club Alpine de Dieppe, and CAUD, Club Alpine Usine Dieppe. In 2022, for Jean Rédélé's 100th birthday, they assembled 1,000 Alpines on the Dieppe waterfront. In 2023, they organized the 50th anniversary of Alpine's victory in the World Rally Championship. The next big event will be in 2025!

Since 1984, the Barneville-Carteret Rowing Club has been located in the harbour. It offers an introduction to sea rowing in solo, double, and coxed four. Near the slipway, access to the sea is easy. If the sea is rough, rowers can retreat to the harbour. The club has been organising races for several years, notably the Jersey-Carteret, to cover 15 nautical miles, over 2 days. Notice to experienced sportsmen, but also to those who are less used to it: here, it is for everyone!

The Barneville-Carteret equestrian club offers a wide range of horse-related activities: from introductory lessons for the very young, through horse-ball, dressage, show-jumping and trail riding, to advanced training and exams, there's something for everyone. Numerous ponies and horses are available at the club, located 600 m from the sea. The pleasure of riding in the great outdoors is yours, especially on the beach, facing the immensity of the English Channel, in landscapes worthy of postcards.

A master craftswoman, Patricia studied bobbin lace at the Bayeux Lace Conservatory and opened her workshop nearly 20 years ago. Her work is remarkable and can be found on doilies, postcards, jewellery, bookmarks... It's an art and a highly sophisticated traditional manual technique, enabling her to weave delicate and very fine pieces. This lacemaker runs courses all year round in the surrounding area, and offers workshops in her studio.

The Barneville-Carteret nautical centre offers a wide range of services. Vests and wetsuits are available for hire. The school offers a full range of sailing and seafaring activities. From ages 4 to 6, little ones are welcomed to the sea garden. From 6 to 8, the little mousses climb aboard the Walker Bay, from 8 to 12 the Optimist and from 9 to 14 the Collective 316. As soon as you reach the right age, you'll embark on a 420, catamaran, windsurf or fun board. Our experienced staff will give you a warm welcome.

A problem for the organization of your stay by the sea? Whether the urge of the moment is leaning towards a walk aboard an old rigging, a crossing to the islands of Chausey, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark, a yacht rental, a stay in thalassotherapy or simply a problem of accommodation in Granville and its region, the nautical resort is there for that! The place is certified 4 stars and its place in the hexagonal nautical landscape is recognized.

Whether you're a beginner or a professional rock climber, Arkoze is the place to be! You can climb freely and learn about the laws of gravity, take lessons and benefit from the advice of our instructors. The spacious venue, located on the banks of the Seine, offers several climbing routes for all levels. This all-round sport challenges every muscle in the body and requires a great deal of thought. Ideal for regaining self-confidence or having a good time with family and friends. As for the canteen, the burgers are generous and the food homemade!

On the old railroad line between Briouze and Couterne, you can enjoy this sporty, fun and cultural activity: the velorail! The principle behind this itinerary, which winds its way through the splendid Andaine forest, is simple: over a 5 km stretch, you hop on your bike, pedal away and discover the area between the spa town and La Ferté-Macé. This family activity is a big hit here and is one of the local "must-dos".

What better way to discover the city of Argenteuil than on the water? Whether for 45 minutes or half a day, on the La Noë lake or on the river, the club offers different types of craft: canoe, kayak, pedalo and stand-up paddle. Thrill-seekers can take to the river Orne and discover the charms of the flora and fauna of the Argentan pastures. Several routes are available, depending on water level, with or without supervision, and without reservation (except for groups).

Everyone in the saddle! A new cycle route which is part of the great itinerary of La Vélomaritime, one of the most beautiful greenways in Normandy, is now available. This section of approximately 14 km along the coast and cliffs of Bessin can connect Grandcamp-Maisy and Vierville-sur-Mer. This is the longest stretch of cycle path built on the Calvados coast by the Department. Eventually, it will be possible to link Honfleur and Isigny-sur-Mer along the coast.

At the exit of Clécy, the spectacular via ferrata of the Cambronnerie awaits the enthusiasts of strong sensations! Do you want to gain some height? You will be spoiled! "Vertig' is there to help you cross the rocky escarpments of a cliff along a 250-metre course, i.e. a 70-metre difference in level at a height of 50 metres. You are not equipped? There is everything on site. Also, for the most courageous, a giant zip line of 400 metres (from 8 years old) for a descent at 70 km/h with a breathtaking view over the valley of the Orne. Superb!

The first escape game on the Côte Fleurie! Before setting up Le Hangar à Énigmes, David and Emmanuel, two enthusiasts, played over forty escape games around the world! Welcome to a life-size escape game full of surprises. Three rooms (Caribbean Treasure, Dangerous Landing, Clandestine Casino) and total immersion. Augmented reality also promises a game of espionage 2.0 in the streets of Trouville. Try it out, whether you're a beginner or an expert!

At the "Carrefour du Rendez-Vous", one of the many intersections of the Écouves forest, two pedestrian loops await you: one of 2.1 km and the other of 2.5 km. These discovery trails focus on the theme of the management of a state-owned forest and detail the challenges and constraints of such a mission. Information panels mark the route. Count on about 45 minutes of walking for the first loop and a little over an hour for the second: a breath of fresh air guaranteed.

Horseback riding in the heart of nature! This is the ideal place to discover the forest on horseback. You can either bring your own horse (boarding in a meadow or stall), or go for a ride with or without a guide, for an hour, a half-day, a day or a weekend. The farm also offers comfortable guest rooms. Specialising in Normandy cows, you can taste and buy dairy products directly from the farm: fromage frais, rice pudding and the speciality, tertroserbes.

The Pôle Plongée Normandie association is part of the FFESSM and operates from the port of Cherbourg or, more often, from the Collignon leisure center. Pôle Plongée Normandie offers management training and everything you need to dive in the best possible conditions: boat, equipment, inflation station, changing rooms, classrooms... For your safety, our equipment is renewed every two years, and our supervisors adapt to your needs. The Pôle Plongée trains and explores the Cotentin seabed.

The DOJO ZEN DE ROUEN offers you the chance to experience Zen meditation in a soothing setting, conducive to self-abandonment. Not far from Clécy and the border with the department of Orne, come and get some fresh air in Pont-d'Ouilly thanks to the numerous activities offered by the leisure centre. In the heart of nature, at the confluence of two rivers, the Noireau and the Orne, the offer includes: canoeing, stand up paddle, accrobranche, mountain biking, archery, climbing, fishing, hiking, orienteering... The association "Pont-d'Ouilly Loisirs" is involved in the strong social dimension of this project. Employees and volunteers work together to make sure you have a great day at Pont-d'Ouilly.

La Cavalerie de Montchaton is an equestrian tourism center located in Orval sur Sienne. The center offers equestrian activities for the whole family in a friendly atmosphere that respects the well-being of the horses. La Cavalerie de Montchaton accepts payment by bank and postal cheques, vacation vouchers and cash. Parking and sanitary facilities are available. Groups are also welcome. For those wishing to explore the surrounding area, the Pointe d'Agon beach at Agon-Coutainville and the Coudeville-sur-Mer beach are nearby.

La MaisonKifai is a theater and cinema located in Le Havre. It offers a variety of activities and shows for all ages. Theater workshops are available for children and adults, as well as a film workshop for teenagers and young adults. Professional training for actors is also available. La MaisonKifai works in partnership with the associations Pop Up & Pop Up Images. Performances take place in various theatres around the city. The theater is described as a friendly place, with homemade bleachers and fireproof carpeting. Professional artists perform regularly, and it's even possible to dine with them. The house kitchen is also used for scriptwriting workshops and children's shows. MaisonKifai is a dynamic place where theater and cinema meet to offer a unique artistic experience.

L'HACHEZ-VOUS LancerDeHacheRouen is a leisure center offering an original activity: axe throwing. Thrill-seekers can enjoy this fun and friendly activity. The center has portable targets and can accommodate up to 18 people. Sessions last 55 minutes and can be booked for groups of 1 to 18 participants. It is also possible to open the center outside reservation slots on request.

The Club d'aviron Les Andelys Tosny is located in Les Trois-Lacs, on the Chemin de l'Haguette. It offers rowing activities for all levels, whether for competition or simply for the pleasure of rowing. The club also organizes rowing excursions, notably the "randonnée des trois lacs".

Created in 2015 by Yoann Deschemaeker, the Trouville kayak school is attracting more and more clients of all ages in search of adrenaline and beautiful sensations. You will be able to initiate or perfect your canoeing skills during a one and a half hour trip or a two and a half hour hike, such as the one to discover the cliffs of the Roches Noires. These visits on the water are done in complete confidence, in the best conditions of safety, accompanied by state-qualified professionals. To see Trouville and its surroundings from the sea!

Rouen is home to the association Une Touche d'Ébène, which offers African dance classes, shows and percussion workshops. Classes are available for all ages, from children to adults, and are held in Rouen and Bapeaume. The association also offers African dance workshops for children and adults.
