This is the official website of the provincial immigration department. Unique in the country, jurisdiction over immigration is shared with the federal government. On its website, you will find all the information you need to expatriate temporarily, immigrate and integrate into Quebec society. Electronic services are also offered, such as registering for an information session on Quebec, online French courses at intermediate and advanced levels, etc.

Intercar serves the regions of Quebec City, Charlevoix, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and Côte-Nord (only up to Havre-Saint-Pierre). Orléans Express is THE intercity bus company for the Montreal-Quebec City route. There are numerous departures every day, in both directions. Orléans Express also serves the Centre-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches, Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie regions on the south shore of the St. Lawrence, and Lanaudière and Mauricie on the north shore, in addition to providing a link to Montréal-Trudeau airport and another to Ottawa/Gatineau. Montréal-Trudeau airport is accessible by public transit via bus line 747, which departs from the Montréal bus station (which is also adjacent to the Berri-UQAM metro station at the intersection of the green, orange and yellow lines) and also connects to the Lionel-Groulx metro stop (green and orange lines). From Montreal, there are no direct flights to Singapore, but a large number of international airlines can take you there, with a stopover: Air Canada, but also Air France, British Airways and Air Transat.
