For more than 120 years, the Leblanc family has been passing on the tools and know-how to continue to produce oils in an artisanal manner, from father to son. La Sereine is an oil mill established since 2005 in the heart of Burgundy in Annay-sur-Serein. A traditional workshop that produces exclusively rapeseed oil, made by a single cold pressing in order to preserve its rich taste and its many dietetic and nutritional qualities. The website explains the oil production process and also offers various recipes for cooking with rapeseed oil. This is an interesting detour to make, just to fill your cupboards with this 100% local oil.
