Matisse in Chenôve's Mail district: rehabilitation in a district of national interest, part of Dijon metropole's New Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU). Habellis' project was based on the master plan and major development guidelines for the district: requalification and residentialization of the built heritage, diversification of the housing offer and requalification of public spaces.
