A new 440-home district, a new eco-responsible living space between town and country, with 3,000 inhabitants expected by 2030. The ZAC des Fontaines program, developed by Splaad, includes 40% multi-family housing, enabling young couples to enjoy a true residential experience in Sennecey. 57 of the expected housing units will be low-rent and 40 affordable housing units. In 2024, developer 2A Design will start construction of around 30 container homes, 90 to 110 m² in size on 250 to 400 m² lots, to offer an alternative to first-time buyers held back by inflation in the cost of materials.

Local shops at the foot of the building will complete the offer.

A sports field to create social links. Of the 14-hectare ZAC des Fontaines program, 5 hectares will remain planted. At the heart of the district, the Parc des Eaux, the Buttes playground, the conservatory orchard and the slide area provide meeting places, promenades and a reservoir of biodiversity.
