It brings together two winegrowers: Sébastien Vaillant (25 hectares in Valençay using sustainable agriculture) and Damien Boissier (Domaine du Patagon, 8 hectares in Fougerolles). They are producers of Valençay AOC, white, rosé and red wines. Their wines are frequently rewarded with favouritesin gastronomic guides, or medals at various wine or agricultural competitions. Winegrowers who love their work and who are keen to share their passion with visitors.
UNION VITICOLE DE MENETOU-SALON
Read moreOne hundred traders find themselves in this union. The surface of the vineyards extends over 450 hectares. The name covers 10 municipalities: Menetou-Salon, Aubinges, Morgues, Parassy, Pigny, Quantilly, Saint-Céols, Soulangis, Vignoux-sous-les-Aix and Humbligny. At 60%, wine growers offer sauvignon and 40% of the black pinot. This is due to the many vines planted on limestone grounds. White menetor is fresh and fruity, a spicy and muskox.
