The 39 winegrowers who created this cooperative winery couldn't have imagined that it would still be here a hundred years later. The vines are planted on Turonian limestone covered with clay and flint. They produce wines ranging from red to white to gray, not forgetting the traditional method. Each plot is carefully selected according to the cru best suited to producing quality wines. The boutique also sells local produce.

vin bouchonné
Sur un lot de 12 bouteilles de grillé d'aunis acheté en août 2022, 5 étaient bouchonnées. J'en ai jeté 2 et ramené 3 a la boutique. La personne qui se trouvait là m'a assuré que le vin était très bon alors que, après comparaison avec une bouteille de dégustation, le goût était totalement différent. Le vin de mes 3 bouteilles était imbuvable ! Soit cette personne n'avait pas de palais, soit elle était de mauvaise foi. Après avoir longuement insisté, elle ne m'a offert qu'une seule bouteille à "titre commercial". Ce n'était pas mon premier achat à la cave, mais ce sera mon dernier. Je n'y retournerai jamais plus...
