Initiated by the CCNT, this festival offers a week of contemporary dance performances to be discovered on its premises, but also in numerous partner venues and more unusual places such as museums and historical monuments in the metropolis. In keeping with the CCNT's year-round programming, the event is an opportunity to discover contemporary dance in all its diversity, with a host of international companies at affordable prices.

The 3 Orleans Bridge is a 10 km by original night in the heart of the city of Orléans. The course allows to discover this city of art and history through its new running paths around the Loire and its bridges with superb points of view, without forgetting the forced passage to the Christmas market. And the race level is accessible to everyone, so don't miss this event!

The Bidon circus has been organizing a festival in Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre for 8 years. This old-fashioned circus travels the Indre region but also the Indre-et-Loire and the Auvergne. For 50 years, it has been traveling the roads with its old-fashioned horse-drawn caravans, before wintering. It is a very poetic circus. At the end of its tour, the Bidon circus meets at the gymnasium of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre for final performances and to introduce new companies to the public.

Every year in mid-September, since 1994, Vartan has been hosting a two-day event on the theme of the green Berry lentil, an iconic product of the Centre-Val de Loire region. On the programme: farmer's market, tasting of local dishes, cooking competitions, traditional dance demonstrations and workshops for children. The journey will evolve on the road and will not present any particular difficulties: everyone will be able to enjoy it, whatever its level. Chartrains, Chartraines, get ready to receive the new edition of Chartres' Night Urban Trail in your city. Thanks to its success last year, the event will be renewed this year. On the program, of course, two races of 7 and 14 kilometers for the most sporty, but also a race of cultural orientation to the least trained. Everyone will be able to participate and finish with a convivial soup in the middle of the night!

This cycling circuit from Illiers-Combray takes you to the traces of whoever left an indelible mark in the history of the commune: Marcel Proust (1871-1922). It is always the village of Illiers that Proust chose as the backdrop for his novels, in memory of these childhood stays at his uncle and aunt, who lived here. To celebrate the hundred years of his death, Illiers turned into Illiers-Combray, the fictional name that the writer had given to the village in his stories. The festival takes place not only in Saint-Via but also in Montrichard, in Ariadne on the Gallo-Roman site of the Maselles and in the castles of Stool-sur-Cher and Sur-sur-Cher. With the festival L'Air du Temps, we are invited to a musical escapade in the countryside. The Bains-Douches, a current music scene, which offers high quality concerts all year round, hosts this festival. In addition to the concerts, there are exhibitions, drawing workshops for children, and free shows. It's a change from the birds singing and the tractors humming! The Foire aux Sorciers has been held in Bué since 1946. It combines the celebration of wine produced in the Sancerre region with the history of local witchcraft. This part of the Sancerre region was marked during the Renaissance by a major witchcraft trial, that of the Carroi de Marloup (the proceedings of which have been preserved). Since 2008, the festival has been held on Saturday evening. People come in costume as witches, birettes, ghosts or devils. The festive evening begins with a meal and witch stories, followed by a country ball and fireworks.

The magnificent château is not the only treasure of the village of Cheverny, its vineyards are another. For over 10 years, at the beginning of September, some thirty winegrowers from the AOC Cheverny and AOC Cour Cheverny appellations have been organizing a harvest festival to showcase their work. Here you'll find an impressive collection of old railway artefacts: lanterns, caps, posters, photographs and a few steam locomotives. Every spring or summer, Pussigny streets are invaded by some artists for the Great formats competition. La Saugrenue is a collective of musicians founded in Tours in 2002. With an impressive musical diversity, the collective offers concerts and live shows for all kinds of events. In its 20 years of existence, La Saugrenue has performed nearly 130 concerts in France and abroad. The collective is made up of 8 musical groups and over 280 artists and technicians.
