After Lauzach and Saint-Jean-Brévelay, L'aile ou la cuisse has opened in Plouay, in the Restavy area. L'aile ou la cuisse is sourced from Breton breeders, and offers direct sales of duck, chicken and turkey meat. You'll find them whole or cut up. To satisfy gourmets, duck is available in all its variations: foie gras, magret, charcuterie, terrine or rillettes. If you'd like to take home some souvenirs, the store also offers gift baskets.

At the Luguen farm, we have been breeding ducks from father to son since 1902. The mulard ducks are not raised here, but arrive at the farm after spending ten weeks outside in the wild. They are then force-fed for a fortnight, then it's time to prepare fresh and prepared products: whole duck foie gras, half-cooked, pan-fried... You can find these foie gras at the Lices market in Rennes, in the Redon market hall on Saturday mornings, in the Talensac market hall in Nantes, in the Baule market hall or in the in-house shop!
