Who said that Brittany was not the country of the duck? At the store L'Aile ou la Cuisse, you will find different specialties: semi-cooked foie gras, with figs, canned... But also terrines and rillettes (pure duck, or with ceps!). As for meat, you can buy duck cut up: duck breast and fillets in the tournedos style, for an excellent quality-price ratio. Want to try everything? It's possible with the baskets !
