Apple juice, cider, vinegar, pommeau (excellent), brandy and chouchen (mead, the true nectar of the gods) are all made according to a traditional know-how that honors the local culture, its craftsmen and its producers.

This brewery is the story of a passionate couple who came from Toulouse to live off their passion in the heart of Bigouden country. After training in the cultivation of hops, they went on to create their own craft beers with a rich variety of flavors. Whether you're a fan of light beers or prefer bolder flavors, you're sure to find what you're looking for in their creations. The products are also on sale in the store in Pont-l'Abbé. Merlin is the spirit of Brittany, where tradition and creativity come together to create unique experiences.

La Cave à Jaja will make you stop buying wine in supermarkets. Erwan Bouger is super-friendly, with good advice, and his wines are at rock-bottom prices. His hobby: finding good wines from small producers, for small budgets and amateurs without too much moderation... And he knows a thing or two about it: thirty years as a bartender in Brest, that's enough to make a wine merchant! Located near Saint-Martin church, don't be fooled by the small size of his store: his references are numerous, at all prices, for all tastes. La Cave à Jaja also scours the markets of Brest. The shop's subtitle sums it all up: "Atypical cellar for epicureans"!

Simon and Arnaud offer a vast selection of wines, champagnes, spirits and beers, as well as a delicatessen section. This establishment is located on an exceptional site that you will certainly appreciate. Olivier Lallemand has indeed set up his brewery at the end of the world, on the Crozon peninsula, in a former military underground. The modern and constantly evolving workshop produces high quality artisanal beer that has won several awards in France and abroad. Whether it is white, blond, brown or triple brown, Térénez's beer is authentic and has character! You can buy and taste this nectar produced with love on site, the brewery having a tasting and sale area (which faces the cemetery of the boats of Landevennec!). A great way to taste a little bit of Brittany... To be noted: The brewery offers tours of the site in July and August, which can be done from Brest by sea (from the Customs quay), in partnership with the boats Brestoâ, Loch Monna and Dalh Mad.

Called Lambig into Cornwall, cider brandy is obtained by the distillation of locally produced cider with ancestral recipes and oak tree between 5 to 10 years. Lambig offers this distinctive colour: a slightly amber dress with delicious fruit flavours. Nothing so wonderfuk as taking it for digestif. Otherwise, do not hesitate to takeit with a sorbet, to spice-up a sauce for example, or fish soup. You can also use it for buckling your dishes!

The reputation of this family cider factory is well established and the numerous awards received at the Concours Général Agricole and at the Salon de l'Agriculture bear witness to this. Its organic range - sweet and raw ciders, rosé ciders, apple juice, Fine de Bretagne, cider vinegar - is gaining ground. The shop in Plestan offers the house production at reasonable prices. This is a @ and unavoidable stop on the Saveurs route (or Brittany greedy), two kilometres from the Plaisance-Guirec marina on the heights of Kerambellec. The idea was most luminous for Alain and Jeanine Le Jaouen who, in 2001, sought to cultivate rocky and pentues plots difficult to exploit. The apple plantation has borne fruit and the farmer cider of the Orchard de Kernivinen has grown. The farm now counts two hectares of orchard and 650 trees. The visits to the field are very popular with visitors and tourist tourists who like to be entrusted with a few secrets of manufacturing this pure, rather crude cider cider. Sweet, bitter, bitter, bitter sweet apples are selected to make the soft beverage, which is skillfully balanced. As a result, the tour allows you to understand the different stages of manufacturing. 25 000 bottles come out of the vats each year, which will be sold half on the farm, the rest being in good place on the table of crepes, on the shelves of local shops, on the shelves of the weekly or local markets in summer. Antoine Picaud's wine cellar boasts more than 1,000 references: small, affordable wines from friends and exceptional bottles, with a vast range of magnums (most of them organic), local beers, spirits, notably with bottles produced in Brittany (gin is well represented...) and a grocery corner to liven up the aperitif. Visitors come especially for the expert advice of Antoine, an inveterate enthusiast. The tasting workshops allow you to explore a whole wine-growing valley over the course of an evening, drinking a wealth of highly interesting information, washed down with 5 or 6 different wines... and accompanied by charcuterie and cheese boards.

At Caves de mon père, you'll be impressed by the choice on offer in this vast space dedicated to the finest spirits. And with good reason, with over 1,000 references to choose from, including wines, champagnes, whiskies, rums and beers. The team impresses with its knowledge and expert advice. And that's not all: the store also offers oenological workshops, aimed at beginners and initiates alike. "Spin, smell and taste" are the watchwords of these convivial evenings! We can't recommend this charming address enough.

At the Benoît family, the cider-making know-how has been perpetuated from father to son for decades. Their multi-awarded production is referenced in many restaurants of the region. Their range includes a dozen kinds of ciders (organic, rosé, flavored...) and some spirits. The cuvée Prestige, aged in oak barrels, offers a cider of a beautiful golden color, which develops aromas of tarte Tatin and caramel in the mouth. The new and spacious store, located on the road between Lamballe and Pléneuf, also offers other local products.

Founded in 1900, this distillery was first successful with its Elixir d'Armorique, a plant liqueur which is still produced today. In 1987, the establishment marketed the first Breton whisky, the WB. Ten years later, Armorik, a single malt which has nothing to envy to its Scottish cousins, is born. Today, in addition to the Armorik range, Warenghem produces a wide range of spirits: chouchen, Fine, pommeau de Bretagne, etc. A tour of the factory takes you to the cellars and distillation rooms, before a tasting session. Book in advance in summer.

After a spell at Place du Champ Jacquet, aRHUMatisé returned to the port on Rue Victor Hugo to concentrate on its rum and spirits cellar. The cellar offers around 150 references, including agricultural rums from independent, eco-responsible distilleries in the West Indies, Jamaica, South America and England. The cellar's owner, Yannick, a passionate pedagogue, organizes tasting workshops on the first Wednesday of every month, offering the opportunity to discover exceptional rums. It's a fun way to learn more about their history, production processes and, last but not least, how to taste and enjoy them. 100% approved!

Located in the commercial area, this cellar-bar franchise occupies a space arranged in an industrial style, a mixture of wood, bricks and concrete. You can sit on stools, around high tables or cans. Eight beers are available on a draught basis, a panel that changes regularly. You can also try one of the many bottled beers, also sold in the adjoining cellar area. Among the 300 references, many Belgians and Trappists, a good choice of French and some Breton. There are also whiskies, arranged rums and other spirits. Various activities are offered throughout the year: broadcasting of sporting events on giant screens, tastings, concerts... Not to mention the afterworks with DJ, every Thursday from September to mid-June.

The distillery is installed in front of the lighthouse of Les Héaux de Bréhat. Regularly rewarded, the house produces two ranges of malted barley whiskies, with an asserted Celtic identity, using traditional elaboration techniques. Open flame heating, slow distillation, small stills,... To taste (in moderation!) their production, go to the store. Located in Saint-Quay-Perros, in Trégor, less than two kilometres from the beaches of the Pink granite coast between Lannion and Perros-Guirec, this family cider, created from every room in March 2000, is based on an orchard of 2,5 hectares planted with 100% varieties of cider apples, local and leads to organic farming. The transformation of apples combines tradition and new techniques to deliver organic products (without added sulphites) pure juice, with natural foam taking for cider and pure juice, always, for the preparation of vinegar and apple juice. Jean-Luc Kerroux, only on his operation, takes the lead from apple to glass, thereby ensuring the whole of marketing in direct sale. You'll laugh here with raw cider, half-dry and sweet farmers or apple juice, regularly rewarded in the regional competition of Brittany. From the orchard to the cellar, the visits are free, but it is advisable to call to advertise your arrival. Organizational question, quite simply.

This friendly bar-cave, a stone's throw from the Place du Martray, welcomes you in a warm and atypical retro setting. Here, you can enjoy an excellent homemade hot chocolate or, at aperitif time, enjoy a beer or glass of wine, accompanied by a charcuterie board. In the back room, the beer cellar offers a vast selection of Breton and Belgian mousses, as well as rums, whiskies and a regional grocery corner. Apero concerts are regularly organized. The Val de Rance cider factory was born from the association of twelve cider apple producers from Pleudihen-sur-Rance. Its role is to transform the apple juice into cider before marketing it. Cidres bouchés bruts, sweet, organic, farm and table ciders are made by the cellar master who ensures that the products are made with respect for both the know-how and the raw material. Visits are organized, punctually, during the year or by appointment.
