The shop, which was refurbished in 2015, offers for sale a selection of the products that have made it a success: namely poultry (turkey and chicken) and duck (also from the Lauzach site in Morbihan). Foie gras, confit, duck breast, PAC chicken, turkey cuts, ready-made meals and festive poultry in December are available in the shop. Packed baskets, cooking advice and a loyalty scheme to boot: make your purchases!

L'Aile ou la Cuisse stores (Lauzach, Plouay, St-Jean Brevelay) specialize in short-distance sales, sourcing their produce from local breeders and offering direct sales of whole or cut duck, chicken and turkey meat. To satisfy both gourmets and connoisseurs, duck is available in all its forms: foie gras, magret, charcuterie, confit, terrine and rillettes. Plus: gift baskets ready to offer.

When you push the door of this sign, the smell tickles your nose. Famous in the region for its roast chickens, here is a place where you can find beautiful poultry from the best appellations: farm and organic chickens from Challans or the Landes, Bresse chicken, ducks, guinea fowls, pigeons... At the Faisan Doré, we prepare hot dishes for you (mainly poultry of course). You will also find raw and elaborated foie gras, smoked Barthouil salmon and Aquitaine caviar. Also note a range of preserves from the South-West, eggs, cheese and Bordier butter (the butter of gourmets!) as well as game in season.
