MARCHÉ COUVERT
Read moreEntering the Cilaos covered market is like being transported decades back in time. On a small surface, in an organized bazaar where everything is mixed, you can find spices, dried fish... and of course Cilaos lentils. The prices are handwritten on pieces of cardboard packaging. This atypical gap is a must for a visit to the rue du Père Boiteau. We also advise you to visit the fairground market, rue des Écoles, every Sunday morning to discover the local craftsmen and producers. It is well worth the detour.
