The nuad-bo-ram, traditional massage on tatami with pressure by the thumbs, elbows and feet; Thai oil massage to soothe physical and mental pain (ideal in return from hiking!); foot reflexology; anti-cellulite massage; ear massage with burning hopi candles; head massage and facial relaxation with crushed fruit or chocolate! In perfect agreement with its hédoniste state of mind, the sublime Villa Morgana houses a wellness area open to its residents and to the outside clientele. Massages, mentalstim (a plurisensorielle experience, obtained by the diffusion of different sounds and the wearing of light iodines glasses), relaxball… And above all, the unfathomable floating bath that distilling accumulated stress over weeks, months, or even years… The treatments vary between 40 and 70 € and are provided by a Belgian kinesiologist masseur "with angel hands", we say. Yoga nidra, vinyasa, iyengar, flow, qi gong, alignment yoga... All these practices, taught by six teachers from different backgrounds, each with their own individual life path (see presentation on the website), can be done in groups, individually or as part of specialized training courses. Courses are scheduled throughout the year. Courses run from Monday to Friday (see online program). As part of its holistic approach, the center also offers energy treatments, ayurvedic massages and marmatherapy sessions.

Didier offers a unique and original experience in the lagoon, a few meters from the beach. He invites you to settle down on his shaded paddle, dressed in your bathing suit. You will then glide on the water to the sound of his voice and be totally relaxed thanks to his acupressure points. Didier's massages are practiced without oil, in the respect of the environment. If you are a couple, we recommend his "Sunset" formula which comes with two cocktails. A nice idea after a hike.

Ellidaïs is a massage institute located in Sainte-Marie, Reunion Island. It offers a wide range of well-being and relaxation treatments in a new zen and cocooning space. The massages on offer are tailored to individual needs, with techniques such as personalized massage, sensory massage, hot stone massage, Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi massage, pregnancy massage, 5 continents massage and Japanese hand and foot massage.
