Yoga nidra, vinyasa, iyengar, flow, qi gong, alignment yoga... All these practices, taught by six teachers from different backgrounds, each with their own individual life path (see presentation on the website), can be done in groups, individually or as part of specialized training courses. Courses are scheduled throughout the year. Courses run from Monday to Friday (see online program). As part of its holistic approach, the center also offers energy treatments, ayurvedic massages and marmatherapy sessions.
