An area of 269 m² where you can find a little bit of everything, 90% of which is made in Reunion Island. Objects made of wood, lava stone, vacoa, essential oils and scents, tortoise shell jewellery, textile jewellery, pottery, vanilla, jams, T-shirts, books, CDs, etc. The place is ideal to buy a quality souvenir. It is best to visit during the week, during the day, to avoid the crowds.
ATELIER DES MARGOUILLATS
Read moreL'Atelier des Margouillats is a must-see in the artisans' village. Since 1986, in an authentic Creole hut, Josiane Even has been modelling hand-made earthenware objects, with colors and motifs inspired by Réunion Island: straw-tails, palm trees and flamboyants decorate perfume burners, lamps, miniature huts and other objects. All the pieces are unique creations, crafted with passion by Josiane and her faithful teammate Ariel Iafare. The workshop-boutique is well worth a visit in itself. You can discover the manufacturing process.

Read moreIllustrator and creator of the Pop et ses frères brand, Laure imagines and signs pretty collections with evocative names and unique motifs, created by hand and with love (blue whales, pineapple-passion, flamboyants, birds and guava trees...). Baby linen (diapers, bibs, bath towels...), accessories and home decor (posters, postcards...) fill her small boutique-workshop in the heart of the artisans' village. She draws her inspiration from both the island's lush environment and the boundless energy of her little tribe.
