Located just in front of the Elite Adventure Diving center, formerly known as Seastar and owned by the same proprietor, here's a trendy beach bar. Many divers meet here for a drink after an exciting day. If you're looking for a dive buddy, you'll be well advised to come and have a drink here, as it should be easy enough to find one. It's also a fashionable place to have lunch or dinner with friends. You'll appreciate the multicultural atmosphere.

If you only have a nightclub in Belize, it would be the Elite Club installed at the Princess Hotel. International DJs come to play regularly, and the box is filled every weekend by the trendy youth of the country, which mixes to tourists. Arrive around midnight, to be sure not to be the first on the dance track.

It's hard to imagine a more uncluttered decor: it doesn't matter, you come here to drink (a lot) and eat with your fingers good pizzas or other more elaborate dishes (catch of the day, tacos, vegetarian preparations, etc.). Sundays are all about barbecued meat, fish and sausages, but you'll need to come along on Tuesday evenings from 7pm for jam sessions, when the whole village will be with you. On Thursday evenings, you'll enjoy a softer musical atmosphere.

Surprising and perhaps the best place in the country to taste wine. Because this is not only a bar, but a small company of connoisseurs specialized in the import and distribution of wines from all over the world. After visiting the ruins of Cahal Pech, it is a perfect stopover to restore your health, sitting on a large leather sofa or on stools around old barrels that serve as a table. The cheese and sausage boards are served with baguette and olive oil. Nice and accessible.

This is Dandriga's music and entertainment stronghold. The best DJ competitions in the region are held under this tin roof, open to the four winds. There are large wooden tables where you can sip cocktails with colorful names (Blue Hole or Purple Rain), cold beer and mop it all up with a few tasty dishes to share. It's an ideal place to wait for the boats that will take you to the islands off the coast.

The meeting place for Placencia's partygoers. A large beach bar where you can enjoy cocktails while listening to Garifuna percussion, dancing Zumba or playing pool. There are also a number of daytime games such as volleyball and games of skill to keep friends busy. You can nibble on fried chicken wings or grab a bite to eat with a burger or taco. The beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the sea is an undeniable must for this place, open from early morning until noon.

If you don't have any excursions planned for the day, the Lazy Lizard is a great place to spend a well-deserved day off. The atmosphere is festive, with DJs regularly bringing in young people from all over the world to dance the night away. The location is one of the strong points of the establishment, on the edge of the turquoise water at the northern end of the island. You can snorkel and swim between cocktails, with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Several house cocktails are available at very reasonable prices.

Considered by many to be the best venue in the city, if not the whole country, for live music concerts. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Movie nights are also available. If you're a musician, don't hesitate to get in touch as soon as you arrive in the city to improvise a jam session with the local artists, all of whom are open to new discoveries. Visit their Facebook page to find out what's on before you go. The only drawback to this bar is that it's only open on Wednesday and Friday evenings!

Difficult to miss if you wander around the southern part of the island. On the edge of the Coconut Drive, this bar is often filled with tourists ready to celebrate with well-preserved cocktails. You can also eat good burgers and take a look at the microphone during karaoke evenings. Guaranteed atmosphere!

On the banks of the Sittee River, in the heart of the marina, the place is so idyllic that it's hard not to recommend stopping by for a drink at the end of the day... The bar also functions as a restaurant, but prices are prohibitive for some. A good burger, however, may be tempting. Note that this is a working marina, and that it organizes boat trips (fishing and snorkeling) and 4x4 excursions in the region.

Throughout the year, a variety of shows are presented at this center for the arts, the country's leading structure. There are concerts and theatrical performances, as well as cinema and dance. In the same building, you can visit the national art gallery, which exhibits works by national artists. Considered the city's most chic club, you can book a VIP table, for example. Themed evenings are organized on a regular basis. The club adjoins the Princess hotel casino, and is therefore located inside it. The decor is as kitsch as you could wish, but the atmosphere is great on busy evenings. On weekends, if you don't want to get bored, it's mainly the locals who keep the place lively. The adjoining restaurant, Perla bar & grill, is ideal for those who get hungry while playing.

This charmingly decorated wooden shack on stilts is home to the city's best café: organic espressos, teas and chocolates. You can have your bagel breakfast here, or come later for a refreshing iced tea or coffee. Books are available for customers to read quietly in the shade of the trees, or on the café terrace. The ideal place for a short break during the day.

Overall, this casino offers a fun gaming experience for visitors to the San Ignacio area. What's more, the casino is also a great place for visitors to enjoy an evening out on the town. The casino's bar and lounge are a great place to relax with friends, and concerts and entertainment shows are often held on the casino's upper floor.

Besides being a nice place or stopping for a break, Coffee Bar serves delicious Coffees, Snacks and Desserts. 

A perfect bar for watching sporting events on TV, but also for listening to live music. Friday night jam sessions. Food is also available à la carte, but the main attraction is the atmosphere and the cocktails. This iconic Caye Caulker bar was unfortunately completely destroyed by fire in November 2023, but we've chosen to leave it here because it will probably be quickly rebuilt under its energetic Texan-born owner, who won't let down his employees who are like his family.

One of the most lively bars in the village, especially on weekends. You can play billiards and darts, and music is a mixture of socca, Punta and reggae. 

Super Garden made of lush wood and vegetation, in this "Tree Top Bar" on the Funky Dodo floor, which offers sodas, cocktails and very good smoothies. It can also be restored throughout the day. The atmosphere is young and relaxed, perfect for trainer after a long day of relaxation!

You can stop here to make sports, but also to enjoy delicious smoothies, coffee and energy bars. What you get in full shape!

In need of a little wiggle during your stay on Caye Caulker? Don't hesitate, head for l&l Reggae Bar, which opens in the late afternoon and plays good music (mainly reggae) until late evening. The sound system is of excellent quality. People come here to dance to Caribbean sounds, and DJ nights are regularly organized. The dance floor is often full, and the cocktails flow freely: the perfect recipe for a great evening. Just be careful if you're driving home in a golf cart!
