Françoise is the owner of this very nice Bed & Breakfast located in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle, one block from the sea. A pretty white house sits in the middle of a lovely garden and consists of 8 rooms. A sitting area and a nice kitchen are at your disposal on the first floor where the copious breakfasts prepared by the staff are also served. Note the grill for guests, ideal for preparing a small meal before going for a walk or lounging by the pretty little pool.

Milo and Kristen, the owners of this charming retreat with its traditional and tropical charm, welcome you with open arms to their hotel which has everything to please. Located in the north of the island away from the crowd of San Pedro, you can come and recharge your batteries, taking yoga classes which are the house's specialty. They are given by professionals on the hotel pontoon, which adds to the charm of the sessions. The cabins and rooms are decorated in a style that combines authenticity and modernity, and offer you an ideal setting for relaxation, especially as you are on the beach! Depending on the type of room chosen, you may or may not have private bathrooms. The hotel also has a bar-restaurant particularly renowned for its smoothies and pizzas. Good address.

This small guest house held by Marvi has 4 rooms with two double beds each, and bathrooms to share. Very simple, but effective the hotel's name comes from the apple green colour that dress all the walls. Staying at Marvi allows you to discover local life in the middle of the village of Indian Church. Marvi can prepare dishes on order.

This hotel/restaurant located on the seafront and in the centre of the village has a paradise. Opened in 1976, it is one of the oldest establishments in the village. The shaded terrace is huge and lined with hammocks and sun loungers. The rooms are simple and clean. And the meals served are Belizean specialities. Perfect for enjoying Placencia and activities nearby.

The team of this hotel is very friendly and is very attentive to your needs. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast, included and in buffet form, is a real plus. Central location, next to several shops and restaurants. 

Built following the Maya tradition, the huts of this lodge are high quality accommodation/price. The conditions are still quite crude, not electricity or fan. On the other hand, bed nets are installed in all rooms. The decoration is made up of Mayan tapestries and wooden furniture made by artisans based in the district. There is electricity to the "cantina", a central area of the lodge, with views of the surrounding nature, where one takes its meals and finds itself to discuss the adventures of its day with the other guests of the hotel and where one can also relax thanks to the hammocks arranged in the lounge corner. Many excursions are organised, such as horse riding in the vicinity of the lodge, bird watching, the discovery of caves, or the visit of Mayan temples, many of them nearby. It is not necessary to be a customer of the lodge for excursions. It would be a shame to deprive ourselves of a walk in the 100 km of paths where you take the horse's horses, towards waterfalls, Maya caves and a lush fauna and flora!

This small hotel has only two cabins to offer, one to accommodate two people and the other four. Each room is equipped with fan, refrigerator, coffee machine, and you are directly located on the beach of Hopkins, and enjoy the view. You must normally book for a minimum of three nights, so contact the owners by email or phone prior to arrival. The hotel also has a bar, renowned throughout the village, especially for its fish & chips, but also its dance Evenings on Friday evening (so if you are looking for absolute silence). Oliver, the owner, provides surf courses for those who wish to learn about the waves of the Caribbean Sea. 

Beautiful house with a very colourful façade, a little away from the village. Very basic interior, but a kitchen is made available to guests for the preparation of meals. Brigit, who keeps this small guesthouse is very nice. 

Located behind Omar's restaurant, and managed by his wife Thérèse, the 4 rooms of this guesthouse are rudimentary but offer basic comfort for the small budget. The reception is friendly and friendly. Beware, no mosquito nets, if you are sensitive to mosquito bites, so you're better off.

A new lodge inaugurated in 2023, Yuma's Riverfront Lodge is a charming little establishment of 4 extremely well-equipped and decorated double bungalows, in the heart of nature just a few meters from the river. Isabelle and Gilles, who have lived in Placencia for several years, have transformed their small property into an ideal place for couples in their two apartments or bungalows, or even families of up to 12 people, who can rent the main house with swimming pool. Located near the entrance to Placencia, right on the sand, Ohana is a place you'll never want to leave, because it's so pleasant.
